Returns and charges
I made an error and said the product came from California it actually comes from Florida. I can still drive to Florida and back in 8 to 10 days.

Another thought on their phone message at 1-866-949-0138. It claims their facility is FDA approved yet in Dr Who's interview with Harpo and freinds, Oprah asks if the product is FDA approved, the Dr Skirts the question...go check it out.

I noticed the same type of product can be purchased from other sources for $16.00 a bottle. Something worth investigating.

Did not authorize credit charge
In May 2009, I received a sample of Resveratrol from the Vit Live Lean Co.(888-247-5018). I declined the offer for any reorders. In June 2009, I was billed $24.95 from the above Co. When I was finally able to contact customer service from the above number--after 2 calls and 45 minutes on hold, I was informed that the charge was for a membership ??-from a different company. I will assuredly contest this charge with my credit company.

Fraud
I have never purchased online products before and after watching Dr. Oz via Oprah promote the product I thought I would give this a try. In May 2009 I ordered the product for the free 15 day trial and was charged 99 cents. The I was then charged $87.13 taken directly from my credit card on June 8th. When I attempted to call the number 1-866-992-6556 the number was continuously busy. When attempting to contact the website www.resveratrolultra.com no information was provided about canceling the product. After a lengthy search online I could not find anything which would lead me to contacting the company. I then called my credit card company, Chase cards, only to be connected to the company directly while I was on hold unbeknownst to me. Then I was given a cancellation confirmation number and was told I would not have another $87.13 taken out of my account next month. What is disturbing is that my own credit card company transferred me to this company somehow while I was on hold to Chase. The company Resveratrol is fraudulent and now I am suspicious about how the credit card company could transfer me to the company without informing me and how did they have the correct number and the number provided to customers was wrong. Never again will I purchase anything online.

These people sent me a free trail bottle of resveratrol and then charged it to my credit card account.

Charged my account anyway
I have not even received the product and they charged me the 87.00. RIP OFF company. BEWARE I have made several attempts to have them refund my account but to no avail. LUCKILY my bank is refunding and I am disputing it. Please beware of this fraudulent company

unauthorized charges
My credit card company alerted me to charges on my credit card that they apparently thought might be fraudulent. I had ordered a trial of Resveratrol Ultra which I received and now apparently will be receiving 2 months worth at a cost of $83.13 plus shipping, which I did not authorize. When I called the phone no. associated with the charge, the man informed me that I HAD agreed to a subscription (fine print, apparently). The person I talked with also denied that the number I called was ExpressBerry - that was the old name, he said - yet the charges under that name were made just in the last two days. This product is endorsed by Dr. Oz and other prominent TV people. Don't they realize what the company is doing? I thought I researched this product quite well, but not their business practices.

Sending product not ordered and billing to credit card
Registered for trial supply and now the company is shipping products that I have not ordered and charging my credit card.

canceled and still billed
I canceled this product and was billed 87.13 anyway. I have tried to contact the company via the internet and can't. I have notified my credit card company to take the charge off the bill. I did not receive it in the mail. This is the second time this has happened ( different product and company) but never again.

credit card charges
Dear sirs,

I ordered a free trial of Resveratrol on June 3, 2009. Today is June 10, 2009, and I called
to cancel my order so that it would NOT be put on my credit card. I called 1-888-252-1020 and spoke to
Janet. She was very cooperative and immediately issued a cancellation # for the order. She said
that my free trial was mine to keep as it had already been sent out, although I still needed to pay
for the shipping, which is what I agreed to do.

I think the problem with many of the complaints is that you wait too long to cancel OR you wait until
you get the product, which you know is going to arive way too close to the deadline for cancellation.
So, in order to NOT get scammed, you need to cancel BEFORE you get the product (within 7-10 days)
NOT business days of when you have ordered. Hey, if you really like the product, then you have the option
to order it again for the full price.

I will let you know if I do get charged for future orders on my credit card.
