credit card charges
I have been double billed for what I assume is the same item under 2 different company names. I ordered a freeResveratol sample which I received and was appropriately charged shipping on. Subsequently I was shipped another bottle with no invoice or statement enclosed...when I finally located online the return shipping info I found that the product must be returned within 15 days for a refund and it must have a Return Shipping Number on the return package (a Catch 22 if you ask me). I sent the item back as requested and received an email that my refund was processed and would be on my next cc statement. When reveiwing my current cc statement I was charged by ResveratolUlta and AC Berry Cycle for the same charges. My husband has currently been sitting on the phone for 30 minutes and still cannot reach a live person to talk too.
Are we a satisfied customer...H___ No! I think the Attorney General needs to look into these business practices.

Pure Cleanser
I also ordered Resveratrol Ultra online instead they sent me PureCleanse Dietary Supplement that made me ill after taking for 4 days. When I tried to call and cancel the order after free trial they tell me they have no record of me or my supposed order and then they had the nerve to tell me that this was not even their product, but of course wanted my credit card number again so that they could make a more in-depth search. This was after I had given them name email and order number. So I refused to give any more information. Called back several times and either can't get through or get an automated response. What is this? HELP!!!

rip off/fraud
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. Complete scam. The 'free' trial is not free. The trial starts the day that they 'ship' the product which is not the real date they ship the product. They charged my account $87.13 four days after I received this product.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT!! Your better off throwing your money right out the window, then you will help someone here in the US - not this rip off company in the MIDDLE EAST!!!

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge
I ordered a SAMPLE only for $3.95 online of Resveratrol - was billed TWICE - and then on June 4, 2009, noticed another credit card charge for $87.13 that I did NOT authorize. I have given this company my credit card number for the sample. They called me three times trying to get me to buy more, and I emphatically told them I only wanted the sample. They said OK - but now are billing me this large amount. I have not received any additional product. I was given a customer service # of 866-949-0138, which I've noticed other complaintants have given for other products. I tried calling, but have not been able to get through so far. I will keep trying! What a rip off! I thought I was smarter than to fall for this stuff. How do I get these people to credit my account and leave me alone???

I'm going nuts trying to recoup my money. They LIE and they are RUDE and they STEAL.

UNbelieveable. I think OPRAH should pay us back.

charged after cancelation
Ordered supposedly free product to try for 15 days. Little did I know that 15 days begins the day you order NOT the day you receive!!! Which the product took well over a week for me to get! I canceled the auto shipment 3-4 days after receiving the product and they still billed me $$87.13 claiming (after much trouble getting ahold of them) that it was canceled past the 15 days free trial period. Geeze - I only had the product for several days! On top of that they charged me an "accross the border fee" and they are located in south Florida they claim!! What is up with that??? Atty General better get on the ball and look into this company!

unathorized debit
I ordered a sample for .99 and a few days after I recieved the product I got a charge to my debit card for $87.13. When I contacted them they told me that the charge was for the sample and since they had already taken the money out of my account there was nothing I could do.Plus they claim you have to cancel every month, or else they keep sending you more bottles.

Unauthorized Charges/No refund
I could add my own horror story about dealing with this company, but instead, I made a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office for the state of Florida's Consumer Fraud Division as well as the Florida Better Business Bureau. These complaint boards and blogs are great, however, they don't get formal action started against companies that commit fraud or perpetrate scams on the public.

If you are going to take the time to blog, please take the time to copy and paste your complaint into the easy forms available for the Attorney General of Florida and the BBB.

As of today, there have been NO complaints filed in the state of Florida BBB for this company, although I find hundreds of complaints online about them.

paid money/no product
SWM laboratories takes money out of my banking account then fails to deliver the Resveratrol. The customer service line is a joke! If you speak to a live person it is a miracle. Otherwise, the automated message just loops around and around. I have contacted my bank to refuse anymore requests for money from SWM labs. I asked that my membership be canceled then all of a sudden the connection goes bad. All I know is additional money better not be missing from my bank account. I will be contacting WDIV television in Detroit, and the Attorney General of the State of Michigan. How can SWM rip people off with such abandon? Theresa Chambell

stealing money from my bank account
I went ahead and ordered the "free" Reseveratrol after reading that it only cost .99 for shipping. There was nothing else to indicate that I wanted to order anything else, and I certainly wasn't interested in that. I used my debit card to pay for the postage. Once the bottle came, there was no packing slip, no way to know how to send it back or contact the company. I set it aside and forgot about it. This weekend I saw a pending charge to my checking account for 87.00 and when I called the bank to inquire about it they told me that I bought something from a specialty store and gave me this number to call and cancel the order, 1-800-236-1042.

The first time I called I was on hold for over ten minutes, and when the young woman answered the phone, she could hardly speak English. Although she was polite to me, I had to have her repeat herself over and over again. In the middle of trying to straighten out the problem the phone went dead, then she came back on, then it went to the automated answering system, back to the young lady, and then went dead for good. The other two times I tried to call back I waited for over twenty minutes, and instead of a customer service rep, I had the weird experience of listening to other customers talking to the service rep, even though they could not hear me, and I couldn't hear the rep! Interestingly enough, they were also trying to get this company to stop charging to their accounts! After a few minutes, the phone went dead again.

Frustrated, I tried to contact the company via e-mail. I found two phone numbers to call, one number was disconnected, the other one, 1-866-949-0138 and it had the same automated messaging system as the first number that I called, and after waiting for over ten minutes, I hung up.

I mistakenly thought that a product connected to Dr. Oz's name would have high professional standards, but I see that he is just like any other person trying to make a fast buck from some poor sap who actually believed that he was on the level. We are in the process of closing our bank account so this company can't steal any more money from my account, and I find myself a little wiser, and sadder.
