I ordered a free dietary supplement offline. Before I even finished taking the capsules, I was charged for the next month. I did not authorize any purchases. The company says it sent me something in April (the free trial) and I was charged in May. The only thing I have received is the free trial (according to the statement I received. It looks like they are charging me for the free trial. I cannot locate them online at the internet address they gave me and they have an automated system that will not answer calls. When I tried to contact a live repr. I was put on hold for ten minutes and then they hung up on me. The bank says the company has to refund the product and address the issues, but the company is not anwering.

What a scam. I order the "free" trial offer for .99 plus $3.95 shipping and handling. It is anything but free. About 2 weeks after I received my "free" shipment my credit card was charged $40.00. I tried contacting the company and after many unsuccessful attempts I finally got thru only to be put on hold and transferred around like you wouldn't believe. I was assured that I would receive a credit in the full amount of $40.00. It never happened. So...I tried again and again and again only getting the run around. If you get Heather the supervisor... Beware... Definitely the most rude of the bunch. She hung up on me. I called my bank and they are very much aware of this company. They are getting many complaints of unauthorized charges. I closed my account because of what I am hearing and reading the charges will continue. Good Luck to all of you!

I ordered a free 30 day sample and had to pay .99 shipping. 10 day later a 86.00 charge to my credit card. when I call the number I'm told to leave a message and they will call back after 2 left messages guess What no return call

HELP! I will very willingly participate in these unauthorized charges on my bank account. I also ordered the 99 cent product and have now the "$87.13" pending on my account. As with all of you, I have been on hold innumerable times for the same reasons you all have been. Where and how can I get involved with this legally AND get this charge off of my bank account and/or the money returned?
