Fraudulent billing
I ordered the free trial and allowed my credit card to be charged $3.95. My card was billed $87.13, the full price. Customer service did answer my calls twice with the same comment of paraphrased you agreed to this under the terms and agreements. I admit I did not go to the small print legalese hyperlink I depended upon the 100% guarantee statement on the order form. It does say I could cancel my free trial within 15 days but I did not want to cancel the free trial. They provided a bottle of 60 pills which I thought was the "free trial" as they provided this supply. I was considering the subscription but after seeing they charged me I asked for a refund as I did not agree to that price. Then got the answer that I agreed. On their 100% guarantee they also state "If you are not ocmpletely satisfied, contact and we will make it right for you. Guaranteed"
Since there are so MANY people with issues, is there a way to organize and file a class action suit against Resveratrol Ultra? I do not have the legal experience but maybe one of us does and could guide us to file suit.

deceptive intentions
THE COMPANY WILL BILL YOU $5.95 FOR THE DELIVERY COST OF A FREE SAMPLE BUT DO NOT BE DECIEVED. A MONTH LATER YOU WILL GET AN ORDER CONFNFORMATION THAT WILL THANK YOU FOR ORDERING THE FREE SAMPLE THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY NOW BILLING YOUR ACCOUNT aproximately 90 DOLLARS FOR. THE FREE SAMPLE WILL BE MENTIONED THE 90 DOLLARS WILL NOT. THE FACT IS THAT THE FREE SAMPLE WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE FREE YOU CAN ONLY GET A PARTIAL FREE SAMPLE AND THAT IS ONLY IF YOU WERE UNSATISFIED AND SO RETURNED SOME UNUSED PORTION.
THIS OFFER IS CLEARLY FALSE ADVERTIZING AND MEANT TO BE DECEPTIVE. HOW CAN IT BE A FREE SAMPLE OFFER IF ANY PORTION OF IT HAS TO BE RETURNED TO PREVENT YOU FROM BEING BILLED THE FULL PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT?
THIS “FREE SAMPLE” OFFER IS ACTUALLY, AT BEST, A DECEPTIVELY WRITTEN MONEY BACK GUARENTEE...
IF THE COMPANY ACTUALLY HAD A PRODUCT IT WAS SO PROUD OF THAT IT WOULD OFFER YOU A FREE TRIAL THERE WOULD BE NO NEED FOR SUCH A DECEPTIVE SCAM..

unauthorized charges
Got "free" sample for $.99 but then charged $87 for product plus separate shipping charge...this charge was unauthorized and there was no information regarding cancellation policy. There was another charge several weeks later for $87 with a separate shipping charge, unauthorized as well. Call to #, on hold indefinitely and unable to log into customer support site as instructed by menu. Called my credit card and had to cancel my card and get a new number and ask for charges to be resversed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY aND BETTER LET BARBARA WALTERS KNOW TOO!!! FRAUDS!!!

Unauthorized charges
After ordering a free sample of this product I received another shipment to the tune of $87.13 broken-out in three separate charges on my account; $83.18 + 2.00 + 1.95. I immediately phoned the company and canceled this account yet this month the charges again appear! Mysteriously, they have no record of my phone call.

billing
I ordered an free trial of a product shown on TV named Revestrol. The link led me to Reservatrol Ultra. I have been getting unauthorized charges on my credit card bill. When I called the company (Revestrol) they did not have me in their system. The bottle of supplements I received from Reservatrol Ultra, the bottle is identical (except for 3 words) to the Revestrol bottle shown on the Revestrol website. I keep getting charges but NO product beyond the intital "free trial". The billing on my statements shows "Foreign Transaction Fee". This is evidently a copy cat company to Revestrol which is being touted on 60 Minutes and other stations. How this Reservatrol company got my information from the Revestrol website is unknown to both me and the Revestrol company situated in NY whose product costs $29.95 and who does not continue to charge monthly.

keep charging my credit card for product not ordered
I ordered a free trial of Resveratrol in which I agreed to pay S/H fees.
Less than a month later I was sent another bottle and billed $87.13 on 6/22/09. On 6/24/09 I was billed $.87. On 7/8/09 I was billed $1.09. On 7/10/09 I was billed $.02. On 7/8/09 I was billed $2.00. On 7/8/09 I was billed $83.18 and on 7/10/09 I was also billed $0.83.
I never agreed to any of these charges. I have spent oner 5 hours in 3 weeks trying to reach this company. They do not answer their phones.

CREDIT CARD COMPROMISED
WARNING THERE IS MORE!!! CREDIT CARD NUMBER COMPROMISED.
I want to warn everyone about what this company does with your credit card number. Several months ago I had my credit card block this company. For the following two months they charged my account 3 charges each month that equaled the $87.00 and used a different company name. Then I found out that all kinds of sites and companies that I'd never heard of began charging my credit card small charges like $8.00 and $1.00. BE CAREFUL as they may be selling your credit card number. Get in touch with your credit card fraud department. Also immediately kill your credit card number that you gave to Resveratrol Ultra and get a new number. Needless to say, this is the time to carefully check out the charges that have been placed on your account, even the $1.00 ones.

Unauthorize charges
I too have two unauthorized charges on my credit card. One for $83.18 and another for $87.13. I have been able to get them to cancel my accounts, or so they say (they said I had two???) I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and have sent an Email to the attorney general in my state. I hope that everyone else has also. They have got to be stopped!

Refund refusal/misleading sales
Ordered the resveratrol ultra and was told i would be charged 45.oo dollars per order after 30 days not 15!!. I ordered all 3 trials and when recieved them i waited about two weeks to cancel to actually use the product and see if it was all it was cracked up to be. On the 14th day I had three charges taken out of my account in the amount of 87.13 per charge. When contacted they could barely speak english which is their cancellation department go figure!! I requested a refund and was told I had cancelled after my 15 day trial. After 30 minutes of arguing the supervisor gave me three RMA numbers for my product to be returned which by the way is another story! I was told to return the bottles to the greene street address in hollywood, california. I quickly ran to the post office and gave them an additional $20 bucks to next day deliver the three bottles along with the RMA numbers. WELL!! Now they are refusing my refund in it's entirety because they say I should have sent The returned bottles seperately with the RMA numbers on each package. IT DOES NOT SAY THAT IN THE RETURN AND REFUND AGREEMENT!!! Please if there is anyone contemplating filing a class action lawsuit please contact me immediately as I am getting a legal team together for this blatant SCAM.
