Resveratrol Ultra
The company is making charges to my bank account without permission and before the time period of the free trial is over. Plus they are making double charges to my account. When I tried to talk to them about this they gave me the run around. The company does not have fluent English speaking telephone agents to talk with. Also charges to the account are done overseas to an account without my knowledge.

not the product
I ordered Resveratrol Ultra and recieved a bottle of 250mg. I really liked it and it showed some results. The next bottle came in the mail, the company charged the same charge to the credit card for less mg. Which was 125mg. I called the company many times but no one answers. First they put me on hold for good 5 to 10 minutes then hung up. I called different times of the day but same results. Can someone help because this company is ripping of the consumer. I need answers to my questions but no one answer the phone. Can someone help. The company should refund the money to my credit card and should appolize to everyone. I have both bottles to proof it. Thank you

Unautorized Charges
I signed up for this product fully knowing that I would be charged at the end of the trial period. I received a call later in the week from one of this company's representatives and they informed me I would get a "free" sample of some wrinkle cream. I asked multiple times whether this product was free and if I was signing up for anything for future charges. The rep said "No." Okay, I am fine with getting some free wrinkle cream. However, today I noticed a $49.95 charge for this "free" cream. I called the company, and same as all of these other stories, I was on hold forever, I was disconnected, the reps were rude, their phone system kept cutting me off in the middle of the call with a rep and would put me back at the main menu. After an hour of asking where I agreed to this charge, the rep told me a pop-up ad had the information about where I agreed pay for this product. A POP-UP AD!!???!!! I told her I had read the terms and conditions and there was NO mention of this product or agreeing to pay for it monthly or EVER. Aren't the terms and conditions LEGALLY obligated to list ALL of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!? But she did say that I could send the product back and receive a full refund. I asked who had to pay for the shipping... "I'm sorry ma'am, but you would be responsible for those charges." Are you kidding? Me? For a product I hadn't ordered?
She finally got angry with me for being so angry and submitted a REQUEST for a refund. Mind you, only a request which would be approved or denied by the refund department. I can now call back in three days and see if I was approved to get MY money back. WOW!
Closed my cards. If I don't get my money back, I am claiming Fraud. I am so mad right now, friggin' bastards!!

If I didn't notify sender, they would auto-ship product
I received an email, from Resveratrol Ultra, stating a product shown on the Barbra Walters show. RESVERATROL, I wanted to try the product and the email said I just had to pay shipping and handling and & $.99 for the product. It looked legitimate so I sent for the $.99 offer. A day later I received a call to confirm my order and she told me there would be an auto-shipment of this product, if I accepted the order and she gave me a phone number 1-866-931-6793, to cancel if I didn't want to order the product. I received the product and on the container a phone number 1-866-992-6556. I called both numbers and said I was not interested in the product and wish to not have anymore delivered. Now I have received another product from the same address under the name "Biolabs Skin Care", that I had not ordered or asked for. I am calling my credit card company to only accept the $.99 cost and shipping and handling and to not accept any other charges from these companies.

Very questionable Ethics bordering on Fraud!!
Like everybody else I opted for the "30 day FREE trail period. You have to read the fine details in the terms and conditions to see that if you don't cancel your order and send back (post dated on that day or before) the remaining capsules by 15 days after your order date, you will charged for your FREE 30 day trial. Coupled with that you have to call and request a return number to be credited. Might want to start that process five days prior to the return date because more than likely you won't be ablet to speak to a customer (no) service rep. From my experience the customer service dept ranks as about as bad as I have ever experienced - a bunch of robots.
Anyway I got my order and was thinking I had 30 days to cancel so I thought I'd give a natural substance at least 20 days to see if you get any results. It is very unlikely you get any real benefit from any medicinals within a month by definition. So I was charged the approx. $84 on the 15th day. When I saw the charge I immediately called and when I finally got through a couple days later I was told to read the fine print. I told the rep to immediately cancel my order. At that point she immediately offered me the product for $40. I thoiught hmmmmm red flag! Did I have to threaten to cancel to get a deal-not great ethical practice. Anyway I said no. That was on 7/3/09 they tell me. I could have sworn it was before, but I'll take their word. No matter so tonight I have a package at the door with no information who from other than an address and opened, yes indeed Resveratrol Ultra, with no invoice or documentation of any kind. I immediately checked my checking ledger online and presto $88 from Resveratrol.
I called, got the company intro and selected the appropriate numbers to a cust rep and twice I waited 20 min. to hear thank you for calling, goodbye. Then I found this blog through searching on google and found the posted toll free number I listed above. No where did I see this number, on the bottle, on any website, etc. just on another negative blog. I called and after about 30 mins, unbelievable!, a human, that shoould really quit her day job. After asking what was up with my account she told be I did not cancel in time to not be charged for the second bottle I was never informed I was getting. Actually to the contrary, the past cust rep said I would be receiving no more product and my account was cancelled and would not be billed again. Riiiight! I originally ordered June 7th. The call to cancel was on the 3rd (according to them, I think it was before that) .
After a bit of a heated argument, I realized I was not going to get anywhere with this one so after about 5 mins of requesting to talk to a supervisor she surrendered (I can't remember anytime it took so much to speak with someone's supervisor. Supervisor was less helpful than she was and said I needed to call another number on a Business day to get a return number or whatever they call it.
Never gave such an effort to a negative blog or even written one for that matter. My conclusion would be, if a company needs to use this type of deception, employ such unqualified personnel and charge truly a ridiculous amount of money for probably a placebo (maybe not), have the type of customer service that rejects returning your money because you missed a deadline of God knows how many hours minutes (usually it is a month from your order and this was 4 days shy I requested my cancellation) . . . well you make up your own mind as to your willingness to do business with such a company.

scam
I responded to an online trial for resveratrol plus and gave my VISA credit card number anticipating an advertised charge of $0.99 on my credit card. A charge of $1.00 appeared on my card as I check the account frequently on line. I am not complaining about the $.01 discrepancy. I received what I believed to be the bottle of trial product on May 16th. The product was purchased for my wife, but she decided to check with her cardiologist before taking any. He told her under no circumstances should she take this particular product. I called on May 20th and cancelled the order using their automated system to ensure that no further charges would be forthcoming. I happened to review my VISA statement online on June 1st and noticed a charge of $87.13 from Resvera Bottle. I immediately called and waited for a live person to have the charge removed. I was then told by a very rude gentleman that it was too late to cancel and the charge was for my first month delivery, which to date has not been received. I told him about the cancellation on June 20th and he claimed they had no record of the cancellation. I then told this fellow that my wife's cardiologist advised her not to take the resveratrol ultra product. He responded that was not their problem and the charge would not be removed. I immediately hung up and contacted VISA and they told me to wait until the monthly statement came in and then file a written complaint. The lady from VISA seemed to side with the resveratrol organization, but indicated they would look into the matter once they received the written complaint. I believe the whole thing is a scam and I will never pay the charge regardless of the investigation outcome. It will be goodbye to VISA and hello Master Card. This whole issue is not a big deal, but hopefully my complaint will help some other victim avoid the scam. I also plan to file a complaint with the Hollywood, Florida Better Business Bureau.

Did not receive product
I ask for a trial product and did not receive the product the date was June 4th 2009. The company Reveratrol Ultra contacted me as to wether I was still interested i declined. By July 5th I still had not received the product but my bank account was withdrawn electronically twice, one time for $2.99 and a second time for $83.13. I have not received the product yet I have charges on my account.
The company further states that if they do not have a 15 day notice of cancellation they will continue to charge over eighty dollars. A reputable company would not act in this way they would not take and take and give nothing.

unable to cancel anything
I order a free trial and got the offer, but since I've tried to cancel the order to stop the charges of 89.00 dollars and it has been impossible. Just a minute a go I tried to cancel better my credit card and get the number of it change. It has been the only possible way after 3 charges of 89 dollars.
If anybody has a way to cancel that has proven efficient, can the put it up on the blog for me to act?
Thanks

no product in box - no refund for shipping fees
After seeing 60 Minutes, Barbara Walters, Oprah, and Dr. Oz rave about the benefits of this product and thinking it was a "FREE trial" I ordered my sample on July1, 2009. I was charged .99 for shipping and told it would arrive 7/5/09. The box arrived on 7/9/09 and when I opened it there was a brochure and packing styrofoam - NO PRODUCT! I called customer service and was told it was a "shipping error" and they would send a new box with product. I said I was very disappointed and really only wanted to cancel my account and receive a refund for the charge to my card. They refused to refund my money stating it is in their "terms and conditions" that no shipping charges can be refunded. I mentioned that since they did not meet their obligation of sending me product, their no refunds for shipping policy was null and void (imo). After talking to a manager who just made the entire situation and my request for a refund even more frustrating, I had to get back to work so I left it in a fairly uncomfortable place. I think I have cancelled my account - although when I went online to check I could not find any indication of it being cancelled. I used their online chat and she told me it was - I do have a confirmation#, for what it's worth. I am told to be patient and wait for an email confirmation but I have not seen that yet after 4 hours -- usually these are fairly instantaneous. I guess I will keep an eye for any other charges and NEVER order another one of these products again.
