TRICKERY ON 15 DAY TRAIAL
they advertise a 15 day free trial...for a cost of .99 postage then they say that from the date of sut due to the radiation damage to my inyestines I could nohipping I should have cancelled I did not know that date Until I received my CREDIT CARD BILL they had already charged my account the $ .99 BUT ALSO CHARGED YOU FOR THE FULL BOTTLE THEY SENT YOU...i only took 4 of the pills but due the radiation damage to my intestine I was unable to continue I thought I had only rec 15 day trial...Also they send u another one that u have to pay postage and return with one of there RMA #'s BE VERY LEARY OF THEM AS THEY USE TRICKERY IN THEIR OFFER

Did not authorize additional bottles
This company assumes that you want to continue receving the product, when you have ordered a trial bottle only. I did not authorize this and did not authorize the use of my credit card.

Cannot get refund
I too was sucked into this scam. I have tried for two months to call any of the four different phone numbers from the package, bottle or internet -- NONE work!!! And, you can't return the goods without a RMA number from the company. Why isn't the local or internet police after these crooks??

Un Authorized charge and Misrepresentation
After the Trial purchase, they offered a price of $83+ per month per bottle, charged to the card provided. When I called to inquire about the "charge date"... I was told I could get the product at a reduced price of $40 a month if I would call each month before time of shipment. I agreed. They then proceeded to charge my card the $83 as well as the $40. plus shipping. The phone numbers given on the charge to the bank are Bogus numbers with NO person answering ever. When I called another number and got a representative all she could say was "Yes, and I'll refer this to our Refund Department"... could NOT get a Manager, could not get a straight answer. Fraudulent business practices!

charged credit card and sent product without my authorization
I sent away for a trial of the resveratrol ultra for 99 cents. Several weeks later my credit card was charged $87.13 for more product which they sent, but I did not order or authorize a credit card transaction.

not what said use for
BEWARE!!! I ordered the free trial bottle for the advertised purpose of removing wrinkles. I used it for a few days and it gave me diarhea. I stopped and then tried it again with the same results. I called the company and the 20 minutes I was on hold I heard the infommercial that talked about the weight loss benefits - nothing about wrinkles. When a person came on I told them how it had affected me and that I had heard nothing on hold about wrinkles just weight loss. I also informed her that I was on a weight gaining program through my doctor and that I had lost more weight with their product. I said to cancel and I would send the bottle back. She said I was 1 day late in cancelling & that I was being billed $87.??. I asked why they advertised about wrinkles when it was a weightloss product. She informed me that wasn't her department.

unauthorised charge
went on line on may 16th and bought free order of resveratrol ulta for $0.99 and later cancelled on 31st may. product didnt arrive until 22nd may and yet i cancelled on 31st, later june 26th received my credit card bill see the charges of $87.13 fro resveratrol, called 5 different surprivisors, theywere very rude and said should have cancelled before 15 days, but how could I .dIDNT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT ON 22ND AND CALLED ON 31ST.INFACT IT IS 15 DAYS AND YET THEY CHARGED, THEY ARE FRAUD AND WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT AND NOT TO ORDER THE PRODUCT, THANKS.

Refunds
After ordering the "free" trial I called to cancel my "subscription" to avoid being charged for the product. I was told the first time I called that my subscription had been cancelled and that I could keep the "free" trial. After discovering that my credit card was charged $87.83 for the "free" trial I called again. This time I was told that my subscription had been cancelled and that a "request" for a refund would be placed and to check my bank account in 3-5 days for the refund. Of course, the refund did not appear on my statement so I called a third time about this issue and was told that the subscription had been cancelled and a "request" for a refund had been made and that NOW they would expedite the request. Apparently you need to make at least three phone calls to get a refund. DON'T GIVE UP IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A REFUND!
My third call was made today but I was told within 3-5 days there would be a refund. If not I will call again, and again, and again. The same exact process happened when I tried the "free" trial of Acai Berry...I eventually received my refund. These free trial scams are too much of a hassle. I will stick to local stores for products from now on.

Didn't offer enough explanation as to the terms of the offer.
The online ad offered a free trial of Resveratrol pills. When I went into the site, it went directly into the place where you fill out your name, address, etc. You click and it submitts the order directly. It does not give you any information or details at all. I thought that when I filled out my information, it would take me to where I could read the details of the offer, but it didn't. So I thought that was weird. Anyway they don't give you any information on how to get in touch with them.
I received the free trial pills and nothing else was in the package, no address, nothing. So I thought that maybe they just sent it to see if people liked it, and that they were leaving it up to you to order more if you liked it.
Yesterday I received another bottle with an $87.00 charge to my credit card. I had given the credit card number when I ordered, because there was a shipping charge for the free trial. So I immediately called them (I did have a number), and I was told that since I didn't answer in so many days, then they went ahead and charged my card for $83.00 and some cents for the first bottle (which I thought it was fee), and they they sent me another bottle because I hadn't cancelled. I told them that there was not anything mentioned about how to cancell when I placed the order, and nothing included in the package either, so I didn't know that I was supposed to call. They insisted that they were right, but agreed to cancell the last bottle, but said I still had to pay for the first one. Then I was told that I had to call within 3 days to confirm that the charge had been taken out. I did, but I have not been able to get them to answer anymore. I also tried going on line at: www.myordersupport.com, but I cannot get into it unless I put in my password, which they do not tell me how I can put in a password. So I will continue calling to see if they answer, but I don't know how else to get in touch with them. What they are doing is wrong. I had never had any problems with anything I ordered before.

Refund
I went online and ordered the promotional FREE trial offer for .99. I was called constantly to sign up for the anti-aging formula and repeatedly said NO to it and told them each time I no longer wanted the product. The .99 was taken out of my account on June 8, 2009 but on June 23, 2009 $87.13 was debited my account. I called 3 different numbers and was rudely told I could not get a refund. The last call I held on for a supervisor for 45 minutes and eventually the phone went dead. I am 71 years old on a fixed income and cannot afford to give a big compamy $87.13. This company is a fraud and trickster. Please help me get my money back that has been stolen from me.
