I ordered a SAMPLE of the Reservatrol product for $.99 cents. I DID NOT sign up to receive any more. They took my credit card number and have charged me almost $300.00. Since I did not order more product and have not received any more product, this is fraud. I have reported it to my bank and will go further if need be. There is no way to reach these people. I have tried by phone, to no avail.

Ad is misleading, company drafted 87.13 plus numerous shipping and 'INTL' charges whatever they are, kept sending bottles after cancellation and continued drafting account. These people are crooks Now if you enter the website it redirects you to a different website and a similar product! Please stop them!

I ordered this product because Dr. Oz on Oprah was bragging about it !!!
WOW! Was I wrong.

I knew I would have to cancel if I chose not to receive anymore product, but i tried for days to place a call to do just that. In the meantime, I had already gotten a second bottle & of course a credit card charge. I just got my mail with my credit card statement and guess what? ANOTHER CHARGE !!!
And I didn't get another bottle of the stuff !!!

So - I guess you might get taken off of their mailing list, but the credit card charges NOT !!!
I don't know what to do now. Guess I will have to cancel my credit card.

Received the 15 day supply for .99 cents. It shipped on 6/15/09; received on 6/19/09. Tried to obtain Return authorization, but was left on hold for about 40 mins and then had to hang up becuase of work. I THINK I cancelled my subscription online, but received no verification of that. Tried to cancel on their website, but that failed too. I will report to my credit card company as a fradulent charge. They also called and said for trying the Resveratrol Ultra, I was being offered a trial of Biolabs Instant Wrinkle Releaser. Recieved that, but no bill was included, so I have no idea what the status is. The problem is that no one answers the phone so you can't possibly follow their "Terms & Conditions."

I ordered their free trial Resveratrol Ultra and agreed to the terms that I had three weeks to cancel. My bank account was charged the small shipping fee that day, but the sample arrived 7 days after in a plain brown envelope with no contact information or instructions on how to cancel. Four days after that my bank was charged $87.13. I found their contact phone number on the bank statement and called to complain immediately.

The customer service person agreed to cancel my order but told me that they could not give me a refund because it was over my 15 day trial period. After going back and forth with her about this I asked for, and was transferred to a manager, Michael Roy. He told me that my order was placed four days before I actually placed it, and I argued that the shipping costs were debited the same day I placed the order which was four days after he alleged. He suggested my bank made a mistake. I told him that they were not authorized to debit my account, they provided no contact information or cancellation instructions with their sample, that they debited my account before my 15-days were up, and their contract states that they will issue one refund per customer. We argued for a long time before he finally agreed to refund my money. He gave me a confirmation number confirming the cancellation of my agreement and of my refund.

Two days later, the money was returned to my account. Two days after that, they debited my account again for the same $87.13. I've called repeatedly but no one is answering their phone.
