Unauthorized charges
I have just experienced dealing with this company for the first time. My husband has had two strokes and needs help to clear his arteries if possible, so this is very attractive to us.
The website promises a free sample, for only shipping cost, but the next day, they charged me $87.13 on that card used for shipping cost. (I don't have a charge for the shipping cost?)(yet)

Tomorrow, I will try calling the cust svc for cancellation of WHATEVER contract they will claim I agreed to.

In the meantime, take fair warning. I will not be buying from this company since they use covert tactics. I have other sources for resveratrol and I understand the chewables are more effective anyway. My husband has been taking the chewables for a week and says he feels more alert and energetic! We did not try the Resveratrol Ultra sample.

Disseptive practices
!st month supply for 250mg, charged $88.87 not receiving the 15 day free trial like every one else. Here's the real rotton part, I was charged, 06/17/09 $84.84, $2.04. and $1.98. I called them and was offered a discounted amount for $40.00 for my second shippment, sounded good! They baitted me so watch out, When the shippment arrived the strenght had changed from 250mg to 125mg. I hadn't been told nor had the general public that they were reducing the strenght of the product. I've called them again and demanded my money back for all three amounts they withdrew. They are practicing unfair and dispective business practices.

trial period
company did not allow 15 days after product was received before charging a ridiculous amount to my charge card. when i called to return the product i was told it was too late that my account was opened on the day i ordered the resveratrol and that my 15 day trial period was over. when i asked to speak to a manager, hopefully someone who could speak adequate english, i was transferred and disconnected. numerous phone calls ended the same with no solution.

Internet Scam
I purchased a free trial sample of Resveratrol Ultra for .99. I did not receive any receipt, email notice of the terms of agreement that stated the terms of the agreement, a website to look them up, or that I would be charged $87.13 after 15 days from ordering (not receiving) the product. Once I received my credit card statement, there was an 800 number to call that gave me a website called www.myordersupport.com that had the terms of agreement. It is unclear who the real company is that is producing, selling, and scamming people. One website I found states it is BioLabs from New England. Another says the company is in Nevada. My credit card company says the product came from Cypress, which explains the foreign transaction fee.

Has anyone been able successfully fight and reverse this charge?

refund
I purchased Resveratrol Ultra on 5/9/2009 and ended up receiving the the wrong product (Biolabs Instant Wrinkle Remover) several days later. At the same time I was charged $39.95. Today is 6/19/2009 and have just completed my 4th consecutive phone call in regards to receiving a refund. Three times I have requested to have my call escalated to a supervisor. Each time the pseudo supervisor has advised that my refund should be seen in 3 business days. Today's call is exactly 7 business days since my last contact with a supervisor. To make this more comical, I asked the supervisor (all customer service is being out sourced to either India or Pakistan I believe) to be transferred to her supervisor to complain to perhaps the next tier level. The female (pseudo) supervisor advised that "she was the last hierarchy of management and that she reported directly to the CEO of the corporation. What a joke. This customer service outsource group is definitely the worst I've ever worked with.

Suspected Tampering
Aside from being a scam on the price, I've just received my second bottle of Resveratrol Ultra. Upon opening it from the mailer, the seal on the bottle appeared loose. I was able to open the lid without taking the plastic wrap from around the top. When the lid was off, I noticed that the seal around the top of the bottle was open. Did the seal come off when I opened the lid or is this a case of tampering? I don't know, but no more supplements from the web... and no more trust for Dr. Oz from me!

charge my account not authorized
I ordered this resveratrol ultra on May 27th, told it would be here the 30th or 31st, it came 11 days later on June 6th, starting taking it on the 7th, then on the 10th ( same month) they charged my account w/out my permission. I was told they got rid of the info when they charged for the .99 s&h charge. I told them I would call if I liked it or not but not to charge my account, I was very matter of fact about it. I also asked for numbers for customer service and refund if need be and they assured me its coming with the supplements as well a label for return. None of that came only the pills and a piece of paper with little info.. This is a scam and I have reported them to the Florida State Consumer and Fraud Division. I have called soooo many times and got machines, no person, and they make you wait 10 or more minutes and then says good bye. On the occasion I did talk to a person, they have told me my refund would take about 2-3 days and they'll notify me by email, hasn't happened. I'm livid they get away with this. I want my money back. How can these people operate a business like this, I've seen the complaints, enough to put them out of business I would think. I'm afraid they're going to charge my account again. Somebody help us consumers get our money back and stop these scams. I know they're lying about getting rid of card info cause they charged it

scam
I ordered this product as a "free" sample and was then charged $83.18 plus another $4.95. Whenever I've called the company number to cancel, I am placed on hold without the benefit of a live customer service person to ever answer the phone. I cannot cancel my account with the company because of this. It is truly a scam and I've resorted to cancelling my credit card to stop them. Somebody should prosecute these people.

Fradulent charges
This company is a big fraud. Beware!!! They charged me twice for one transaction ie. $87.13 and also charged me for shipping twice. If you are stuck like me, try and talk to your bank and 've them block transactions from this company. There is no use in trying to call the company. They will say that charges are not coming from them.
