Resveratrol Ultra Reviews

Got me too
They charged me the shipping and handling then turned around and charged me for $87.13. When I called they said they showed no other charge to my account that the $3.95 shipping and handling. I went ahead and canceled my account because my bank assured me the charges were being made by their company. The charges were removed for a few days then appeared again. This time when I called back they first explained that the charges were from where I canceled the account and did not maintain membership long enough. Then she turned around and said it was because I had not canceled one day earlier. What a racket. I sure hope no one else falls for this. Is Dr. Oz really a spokesperson for this crappy company?

FRAUD
Saw "Resveratrol Ultra" on web and read through, what I thought, was the "free, just pay shipping and handling" portion of the ad. In small print at the bottom is the "terms and conditions". Never saw it. My credit card was charged over $80.00 dollars for this crap. This is FRAUD. Watch out everyone. Our state attorneys should look into this. I'm calling mine!

No contact Number to cancel
I got a call about resveratrol Ultra and I told him that I did not get it but Till I try it don't ship any orders. He hung up. I called 866 992 6556. No answer. Now I know they keep billing. I wish if they are trying to scam like this, they won't be too long in business. The broduct need to be proved with no complications before one tries on long term. I do not want to have this Item as there are not proper contact and staying with guarantee itself shows this is a big scam. Before whole public gets hurt, higher authorities should stop this to continue. May be this is a wake up call for every one not to order anything on internet unless like established company like Amazon

How To Get Your Money Back
The one thing that you have going for you is the fact that you used a credit card. Call your credit card company and tell them how you got scammed and tell them to credit your card for the amount fraudulently taken from you. Your CC company will credit your account and then about 30 days later will tell you they have "investigated" the incident and that you still need to pay the charges. Stick to your guns and tell them you have no intention of paying the charges--tell your CC company to do it right this time. They will come around when they know you are serious.

At the same time you notify your CC company of the scam, file a complaint with the consumer protection division of your state's Attorney Generals Office. The further out of the South that you live, the more active AG's Office you will have. They don't like crooks any more than you do. File your complaint with your AG's Office first. Be sure and tell your CC company that you have filed a fraud complaint with your AG. You may find that your AG has an on-going investigation. In that instance pass the information to your CC company and they will really take you seriously. Good luck!

RETURNS
Once ordered was given an e.t.a. - did not receive, called and they extended the trial period. Before trial period was over tried to call to get return information was on hold each time for 10 to 15 minutes and spoke with one customer service representative and when I told him what I needed he switched me without saying a word and Iwas on hold again and somehow was connected with others trying to reach supervisors then eventually cut off. Another time, after holding 15 minutes a girl answered and when I told her what I needed she pretended to be an answering service and I was cut off again. I guess this is their game so they won't have people return products and they can charge the credit card so I called my bank and cancelled my card. It's worth the hassle of getting a new card than the hassle of having to get them on the phone and try and get a refund. If they want their worthless product back they can call me.

Charged but never received
I also never received this trial product I supposedly ordered, but was charged shipping & the full price. When I called customer service & explained, all she would say is that they showed the product was mailed & I'm responsible for payment. In the meantime, found they are charging my card again...& sending more of the product I never received the 1st time. That's twice I've been charged & canceled my so called agreement (false) with them. Canceled my card & hoping for the best. The customer service person could barely speak English & had to spell the name of the product 3 times. I still didn't recognize it. I honestly do not remember ordering this product...have no use for it. Hope my information on my card is not being passed around. BEWARE!

Over Charge
I called and received the free trial offer paid $5.95 shipping and handling and was charged $87.13 before the trial offer expired. I have called the company everyday and was assured I would be refunded. It has now been 3 weeks and I have called again and another so called Supervisor has assured me my money would be returned in 3 to 5 days.

Unauthorized charge to bank account
I went for the trial bottle of

Resveratrol Ultra for 3.95 on 5/21. Received same on 5/26. They took 87.13 from my online account on 6/2. I called them about it. They said the trial period started when the product was shipped, which doesn't make any sense. Since I did not cancel the order, they sent the order anyway, which hasn't shown uo. Somehow, , the charge disappeared from my account on 6/6. Today, it is back. Tried filing a complaint with BBB. They said I would have to supply the address. Can't find it. I guess I'm just out 87.13. Thanks for letting me tell someone.

Charge for order which I cancelled
I have called the number listed on the email confirmation of the free trial of reveratrol ultra. (Received on or around May 10, 2009) I have talked to a different respresentive on two calls. (May 21, 2009 and June 2, 2009) I was told by each one of them that my ordered would be cancelled because I called within 15 days of receiving the free trial. My account was charged on the 16th day of my scheduled arrival date of trial item in the amount of $87.13. Today (June 9, 2009) I have called the same number (1-866-949-0138) at least three and have been put on hold and held for at least 15 minutes each time. On the previous two times talking with the respresentives they both informed me that I would get a refund in a few days and that I would get an email confirming this. As of today I have received neither. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
