This company indicates you are getting a free trial and only pay for shipping and sneaks language into the terms & conditions that if you don't return the product, after 15 days, they will bill your credit card $90. They also billed me twice for shipping. Please check your credit card statements.

Company advertises 15 day satisfaction guarantee refund on all shipments. From the date the product was originally shipped to you. Well I ordered this product on 4-17-09 and didn't receive it until 5-1-09 and after 5 days on it I didn't see any miracle like the ad showed so I called to cancel it 5-6-09 and they did with no problem even said don't bother sending back the unused portion just keep it and I said ok but its canceled right and he said yes. Well low and behold when I received my credit card bill guess what, they added on the full charge for the bottle so I called back and he said your acct is canceled and I said great but what's the $88.00 for and he said you didn't cancel within the 15 days so needless to say I got a little upset. How can I trial a product for 15 days when he tells me I ordered it on 4-17 and I only had till 5-1 to cancel it, I went crazy, I said how can I cancel something the same day I get it? What kind of scam are they running and they told me I should have asked for an extension of 15 days I said that's ridiculous to have to ask for an extension (I didn't even know about) before I even received the product. I demanded a refund and they hung up on me, so I am definitely disputing it on my credit card!

I received a free trial offer of this product for $.99 which my account was debited for this amount. Prior to the 14 day cancellation period, I went online and cancelled future orders. Subsequent to that date my bank account was debited for $87.13 + $2.61 transaction fee! These two (2) debited amounts created overdraft charges totaling $70.00!!! I have contacted the number listed on my confirmation receipt and have been refused access to speak with anyone in charge. I have been told I would be contacted and have never been contacted. When I requested an address to send a formal written complaint, I was told they could not divuldge that information. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!! IT IS A HUGE SCAM TO JUST GET YOUR MONEY!!!
