free bottle (trial) and you only would pay the $3.95 s&h charges. What a rip off. Our credit card statement reflected charges of $87.13 on May 2, 2009 (first bottle that was free) and $87.13 on May 17, 2009, for the second bottle. This company should be investigated by the U.S. government immediately based on the complaints by others who have been duped. The stories are the same. It is difficult to reach the company and they try to ignore the complaint or refer you to another number. The person at 1-866-949-0138 will cancel<br />
future orders, but will not reverse the charges. Our<br />
credit card company was contacted and they have reversed the charges. They have been getting a large number of calls regarding Resveratrol Ultra.<br />
The thing that stands out is that they had our account number and I never could figure out how.<br />
The on-line request for the bottle of Resveratrol had limited information and our email address. No credit card number. When the credit card companies get an unusual number of complaints (including banking institutions) everyone suffers.<br />
These companies must get a kick out of duping innocent people.

Buyer Beware! The company Resveratrol Ultra is giving you a free month supply of its product, however if you don't return the un-used bottle in 15 days after receiving it, you are charged $85.00. Also, they claim that this product is endorsed by Dr. Oz and Oprah. Resveratrol is endorsed, but their endorsement is for a product that is a wine extract. It has the benefits of red wine. This company makes its product from Polygonum cuspidatum, known as Chinese Knot weed. Which in China it is used as a laxative. So why they have a picture of grapes on the bottle is beyond me. Maybe it should be a picture of weeds.

Under the disguise of a free 30 day trial offer, I ordered the advanced natural cleansing formula. Noticing an erroneous charge in my bank account, I tried to contact the company, referenced in the charge, 866-646-1003. The line was busy. After searching other web postings I found a number where I was able to cancel my order. For your reference the number is 866-870-0692. They tried to argue with me about reversing the initial charge saying I had failed to cancel the order within the given time frame. I ordered the free trial offer on May 11.; I did not receive the product until May 16th. I was "linked" to the website for the product through a link at website www.Natures RezV.com which was promoting a 30 day trial offer for their product which promised increased energy. As far as I am concerned, the companies are in it together to cause confusion and hoping that potential customers will forget to cancel their order.

I added my complaint to many others with the Better Business Bureau. I was only able to successfully find the existing BBB report by using the phone number.

Due to cancer of the throat (having a larengectomy) I cannot take these capsules.. Please do not make it hard for me to not receive anymore.
