The lead defendant named in the suit is FWM Laboratories of Hollywood, Fla., which sells Resveratrol Ultra, Acai Berry Detox, and other supplements. Customers have complained to the Better Business Bureau that FWM makes it difficult to return products, and the company continues to charge their credit cards long after they cancel. FWM is currently under investigation by the Florida Attorney General's economic crimes division. <br />

I purchased from them and had a heck of a time getting my refund but I did get it... I notified my bank, emailed the company with a VERY nasty "I will pursue legally" note as I did cancel within the 15 day time frame. They tried to say I needed to send back the product and I provided to them, their OWN terms and conditions which says if you notify them prior to the end of the free trial, they will no require the return of the product. <br />

Bottom line here---read the rules, but more importantly I wish I would have checked this website FIRST!!!

I ordered a face cream seen on "Oprah" - ordered it be phone. They offerred me this "anti-aging pill" for 99 cents; I told them absolutely NO, I did NOT want it, do not send it. They sent me TWO boxes of it. When the boxes arrived, I couldn't tell what they were without opening. The brochure inside said nothing about any further charges. I assumed I had only lost 99 cents for each box. However, they charged my debit card for $87.13! I called the number in brochure to demand my money back. I canceled both orders as they instructed. However, THEY claimed I placed TWO separate orders and I should've canceled sooner. (How could I have known that??) They gave me an "RMA #" & said to mail the box I was charged for, to Hollywood, FL. & I would receive by money back 5 days after they received it. I sent it immediately, Priority U.S. Mail, with signature confirmation. Still no refund. I called again in about 2-3 weeks, again, they said to wait 5 days for a refund. That time has again passed, still no refund! They claim to have a "live chat" website, which apparently isn't working, or may not even exist. I have NO reason to trust them. Since I ordered the face cream and Reservatrol got my debit card number, numerous charges have been taken from my account - over $150 worth of stuff I did NOT order and have never even heard of. I ordered free trial on line, during transaction, I hit cancel after reading that my credit card was not protected. I still received trial bottle & was charged $.99 for delivery. I thought that was the end of it but I just got another bottle & charges of: $87.13, $135.30, $1.95, $2.00 & $83.18 to my Capital One credit card. Outrageous FRAUD !!!

By the way, if you are customer in California (which I am not). You can start a class action lawsuit against the company because their "Resveratrol Ultra" label shows the picture of grapes, however their are no grapes as part of the ingredients of this product.

I ordered this "so called" free trial. Ok, so I had to pay a few bucks for it. But then, you read the fine print that says you have to call and cancel within 15 days to cancel order. no one answers the phone. You can't even get thru to anyone on the support number.
BUT---- People I have some info for you! Here is a phone number you can call and actually speak to a person. After being frustrated, I called my bank and the only real way out of all of this is to cancel your credit/bank card. That stops the automatic withdrawals. But-- here is the phone number the company provides to the bank- 1-800-230-5107. Do not give them your credit card number again. Maybe only the last 4 numbers, but we told them you already have the credit card number !! I actually spoke to a "non american" man who canceled my order! And gave me a cancellation number! Call now so you do not get charged with these bogus charges for a product that does not work!
