Free Trial Fraud
I signed up for a free trial offer with no details on what I sent in. I received the free bottle also with no terms and conditions. 14 days later they chared the full amount $87.13. They then continued to send bottles monthly with a charge. When I called the number that was on my billing statement, they informed me they did not have me in their records. When I insisted on action they gave me a fax number where I requested my account to be cancelled and that I wanted to return all unused product for a refund. They did not respond. I continued to call the other number until I miracoulously existed. Eventually they cancelled my account but still would not refund me for all product. Why a consumer in America should ever have to go through an ordeal like this is pure insanity!!!

Charged but didn't receive product
1. I ordered the free trial of the product
2. I called and canceled my subscription before the next shipment was made
3. I was billed anyway and never received the product

Charging my credit card without permission
I ordered Resveratrol Ultra from a company in Hollywood, Fl 33020
They gave me a date to cancel any further orders and I did so. Today they sent more of the "Free Trial" order and charged my account without permission. I called the number listed on their brochure, 866-992-6556 and was on hold for one hour and never spoke to any representative. Their recorded message directed me to www.assistmyorder.com, where I could live chat with a representation, so I went to online, only to find that there was no Resveratrol rep. or web page for Resveratrol. The bottle of pills was delivered to my home address with the following information on the box: 3007 Greene St.; Hollywood, Fl 33020-1037. I will go to the post office and return to sender tomorrow, but I wanted to report this company for Theft by Credit Card. Perhaps it will stop others from ordering from them. I will call my credit card and have it stopped as well.

THE FREE TRIAL IS NOT FREE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED BEFORE YOU GET THE PRODUCT AND THEN NEVER BE ABLE TO TALK TO THEM OR GET THEM AT "WWW.MYORDERSUPPORT.COM" THEY KNOW THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL RESURFACE UNDER VARIOUS NAMES. THE PRODUCT IS UNDER VARIOUS NAMES FOR "RESVERATROL" AS SEEN ON TV NEWS PROGRAMS SUCH AS "BARBARA WALTERS, OPRAH, DR. OZ" - ALL ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THIS SCAM.

I ordered from their website 4/09.I did not think the order went through, had trouble with their website.I have never received any e-mail or any other confirmation from the company that they received my order.On 7/30/09, a charge of $87.13 appeared on my credit card from them.I called the number and waited 45 minutes before I could get anyone, and then could not understand half of what they were saying.They were supposed to send me the product, so I could then return it for my refund.I have not received anything from this company product wise ever!I just called again, and I am supposed to wait again for the product.No tracking numbers, nothing.When I get the product, if I ever do, I have to call back to an RMA# for return.I have put in a complaint to the BBB of Florida, and I am waiting to hear what the response is.The BBB submitted the complaint to the company.Meanwhile, I am out my money for God knows how long.Never, ever buy anything from this company.I am contacting the Florida Attorney General's office also to lodge a complaint.

Unauthorized charges to credit card
What was supposed to be 99cents has turned into $180.19 for 1-60 capsule bottle. Thank God I checked my card for recent charges. Who knows where they would stop--probably when they had maxed out the card. I cannot beleive Dr. Oz, Oprah Winfrey and Barbara Walters are touting this scam!!! They should check things out before telling everyone how good it is. That's why I suckered for it--if Oz, Winfrey and Walters were saying its O.K. then that must be gospel. Nothing could be further from the truth. They (the Resveratrol people) will not answer their phone. I've been scammed!

Rip off
I ordered the "free trial" of this product on May 22. I had to supply a credit card number for a $0.99 shipping fee. As long as I cancelled withnin 14 days of ordering the product, my trial was free, so I agreed to the trial. The site said they would ship my sample within three days. After June came and I still had no free sample, I re-examined the terms of this trial and came to the conclusion that their lack of prompt shipping (three days) made any other terms null.
I finally received this "free sample" on August 12. Amazing. So, I checked my credit card bill again, and in June this company charged me $87.13. I missed that!
So, I just called them and cancelled.
Nice scam they have going on: offer a "free trial", don't ship it for months on end, and even charge you for a product you have yet to receive.
I sucked it up and paid the $87.13. However, their lack of promised prompt shipping makes any obligation on my part to any "terms" void. I just don't have the will or energy to fight them.
Stay away from them. They are crooks.
Now, I'm off to call my credit card company and inform them of the fraudulent charge.

Deceptive practice by company
I must add my complain about the company handling this product. I sent for the trail offer as shown on the Oprah show and the local news program. I was charged for the shipment of the product that was to reach me by July 30. I got no confirmtion email from them. The product arrived on August 12 with no receipt or bill enclosed. They charged my card for the full amount. I have made several attempts to contact these people, finally, I got an automatic reply referring me to a websie www.myordersupport.com. I went to the site and was asked to sign in and provide my order no. and member no. which, of course, I do not have because I did not become a member of anything. Nothing of the sort was indicated when I signed up for the trial offer. I suppose it will be a fight to get back my money, but there is no way I am keeping this product and no way will they be able to charge another cent to my card for any auto shipments. Something has to be done to stop these people from continuing these deceptive practices.

Another duped Consumer
I'm another duped consumer who only signed up for one "free trial" for Resveratrol and BioLabs Wrinkle cream without receiving any documentation that said this free trial was really only 15 days... nor that my credit card would be billed $83.00 plus $49.95 NOR that i would be billed monthly because this is really some kind of MONTHLY automatic membership thing. None of this detail was provided with the product. When I called to complain, I got the same run around that other folks have mentioned.. they have agreed to "cancel" my membership that I didn't know I had and said that I won't be billed further. I haven't received the 2nd batch of products that they've billed me for... but they've said they will credit my card once they're returned. I spoke with a manager (Arthur), he could care less, nor could the consumer rep (Ana). They all speak the party line very well. I told them both they should be ashamed of working for a company like this!
