Dear Mr. Folgers,

In July I was on the Oprah web site and took advantage of your 30 day free trial offer of Resveratrol Ultra for .99. My order confirmation stated that I would receive the product within several days. That did not happen. I received the product yesterday, August 12th. Also, last week I received a call from your company asking if I wanted to try some sort of wrinkle remover for an additional 47.00. My reply was NO… I simply want the .99 cent trial of Resveratrol Ultra – and do not charge my card for anything more. Today my checking account was charged $87.13. THIS IS FALSE PRETENSES and FRAUD.

I have called your company today August 13, 2009 and have cancelled my account with you. I was assured that I would be refunded my $87.13 as soon as your company receives the returned product. Should this not happen I will have no alternative but to turn it over to my attorney, inform the Better Business Bureau and the State of Florida.

I ordered the sample and was charged $1.00 as the add agreed. This was in June. Seeing the price, I called customer service on June 28 and cancelled any further shippments. On July 6 my credit card was charged $87.13 -- I received nothing. On July 22 my credit card was charged $83.18 and received a box which I refused at the post office. I have called and been on hold for over an hour. I want this stopped and the two charges refunded to my bank account.

I ordered the sample of Resveratrol for $.99. Before I received the product my account was charged $87.13. No authorization from me to charge the $87.13. They will not refund my money although I have returned the product. Certificate of mailing from post office as proof. Filing complaint with BBB and Attorney General. I filed a dispute with my bank. This company has perfomed an unauthorized chage on my visa for $86.18 total...I am EXTREMLY pissed and want this returned to my account IMMEDIATELY !!!

I ordered Resveratrol by seeing it on the internet in an ad (to the right of my screen.) I ordered it on May 2nd., 2009. It arrived on May 9th. I tried the stuff and didn't like how I felt at all when I took it. I called them and asked for a Return Authorization Number and talked to Destiny. She gave me the number to return it to them in Hollywood, FL
I mailed it back to them on May 11th. The US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt number says they received it on May 13th. at 11:41 AM . To this date- they still have NOT credited my credit card the $172.65 they owe me! This whole matter started on May 2nd. at night when I ordered it and ended in just 11 days later -with them receiving it on May 13th at their Hollywood location! Never again! I was even charged too with a foreign transaction of another $1.70 for this order!
What a rip off!
