I ordered the trial for 99 cents only. I received a call from customer service wanting me to order more and I told her no to cancel any futher shipments and that the trial order was enough. She was angry and hung up. I went out of town and when I came back there was a charge for 83.18 on my credit card. I think they charge you and lie and say they sent the product. I finally spoke with Rachel and she stated that an order was shipped to me and that I received it on the 29th of June. I told her no order was received on the 29th and that I then went out of town and just returned on the 6th of July and still no package. She said she would check with the shipping department to see where the shipment went and to call her back in 3 days. I will call back on Thursday the 9th of July. I told her I want my money back if I don't have it.
