Unauthorized charges

I just have to say that this company is a ripoff, they tell you to try their product, and then you are suppose to return the unused product back for your refund if you are not satisfy. This does not make any sense to me, how are you going to see any results in only 15 days and they also say 15 days and by the time you get in the mail half of the trail is over, then they have the nerve to charge your credit card. People don't fall for this, is a ripoff never will I order from this company again..The unsatisfied and aggravated one.

shipped and unable to contact to cancel order

ordered "free" trial and tried to cancel prior to trial period end date. unable to contact company by phone. am put on hold and finally hung up on. there is an option to cancel order by phone but keep getting invalid response when i try to put in my credit card number to cancel. keep receiving product and being charged on my credit card
