paid, have no product
called to cancel my order on 7-10-09 and received UPS slips on 8/17, 8/18 & 8/19 to sign for my order that i thought someone walked me through to cancel and didn't sign for my last order and when i called to complain they told me i couldn't get my money back and to call my bank and see if they'll reverse the charge which after i few months of waiting they denied my request so i April 31, 2010 i called to tell them i never received my last order and they keep blowing me off and making excuses that the shipping dept. doesn't show it was ever returned. After trying for two months to get them to resolve this a supervisor finally gave me the tracking number only to find out it had been return to them on 9/2/09 by there receiving department but the girl still wouldn't do anything to get my order reshipped out and hung up on me when i called them fraud. To this day i have paid $109.97 and i have no product for what i paid them for. Is there anything i can do, these people still answer the phone like there in business but they don't seem to be able to help resolve the scam there committing. Angry and discussed these companies can get away with this.

SCAM
I saw an offer online for Resveratrol XM Creme and decided to try it. I paid the 4.95 shipping and ordered the product. It was supposed to be a 10 day free trial. After 6 days, I still had not received anything so I called their customer service. I was on hold for over an hour and then an answering service came on and took my name and phone number and told me that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I tried to call them every day for weeks and finally, on day 12 I got a hold of Brandy in customer service. I told her I never got my product and she said it was on its way. My 10 day trial was over, so she informed me that they will be charging me 139.97 for the full month because I had not called within my 10 day trial to cancel or request an extension on my trial. I was mad as hell and I told her that I DID call before my trial ended and left my name and number with the answering service, but never got called back. She directed me to a website in order to cancel my account, but said I would still be charged. I had never received anything form them! Magically, 5 days after I called, the trial appeared. It included an invoice for 139.97, and said that the credit card I had on file had been charged. I think it sucks that there are companies out there that are out just to rip people off!! I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau in Florida, and I recommend anyone else that has trouble with this company does the same. Maybe if we all complain, the BBB will do something about it.
I sent the trial offer back, with a little pile of dog shit with it! I also spoke with my credit card company and canceled my card for unauthorized charges, and they are sending me a new card by Fed Ex.
So whatever this company tried to do, they messed with the wrong person when they messed with me!!! I can't wait til they open the box of dog shit!! LOL!
