Unauthorized credit card charges
Requested "free" sample of Resveratolultra which was received. Thought that was the end of it when a charge showed up on my credit card for $87.13 (you can buy the stuff at CVS or Walgreens for $8.00). That was on June 5, 2009. One bottle ONLY (that's the "free" one) was received, but on June 20 my credit card company declined a charge attempt for another $87.13. On June 21 another attempt was declined and on June 22 attempt #3 was declined. On the 22nd they changed their merchant name and made an attempt at $40.00. Also declined.
DO NOT buy anything from this company! It's a scam!

Fraud
I fell for the same scam. I called to cancel the same day and they said they can not cancel the free sample and will have to charge my credit card . They however claimed that they will cancel future subscrioption (I never ever realized I signed up for a subscription...I thought I was ordereing a free sample by paying shipping and handling). When I read about this company later (I should have done it before I placed the order..) I realized that they are scamming everyone...and who knows what is in the pill?
Anyway...I just cancelled my credit card and asked the credit card company to send me a new card with a new account number..
I just wasted 3 hours of my valuable time...

This intire company is a huge scam. Do not order!!! You can not get a refund. You can not talk to a human.

scam
Rec'd product a wk after they said it would arrive and have been sick since day 2. Cannot get a customer service rep or any response even from their website or phone. Three times a person has answered and immediately hung up. Wish I had seen the scam articles before signing up.

Can't contact to get refunded
Ordered free trial-sent, tried to call 14 days after I received it to get a return number to send it back--They do not answer the phone-only a recording so I sent it back without but stating on the box under RMA # Can't get one -you won't answer the phone and they sent it back saying they won't accept it. In the meantime they charged my Credit Card again, they finally have on the new recording something about checking an order status or cancelling a subscription but still can't get someone on the phone to get a return number or to credit my card back. I had to call my credit card company and they said they will dispute with them and get my money back- so we will see what happens. I can't believe they are still in business. They difinitely BLOW!!!

I sign up for a free sample. Two weeks from the day of the charge I had full charges for the product. I call to find out why I had not been given 30 days to evaluate the product effects. I was charge without notification or approval. I call to cancel on May 29, 2009 and on May 30 they charge me for another shipment I have not recieve. They have been asking me to wait for the approval of the refund for a second time. I call and they hung up on me while waiting for the supervisor.

charged without permission and before trial period
I ordered this on 5/8/09 for a .99cent trial. I rec'd this product approximately 5/10. On 5/20 I was
charged 87.13 plus 2.61 service fee. I do not like the product, it does nothing it claims and I wanted to return the unused portion. I tried for several days to get through to the company. Today on 5/28 I reached someone in customer service who said they would cancel my account, no further charges, but I could only have a refund if the product was unopened. That is absolutely ridiculous, how can I try it if I don't open it? I want a refund of $87.13 and I would be happy to return the unused portion of this product.

I received a trial offer of this resveratrolultra product, charged s/h and i did not use all of the product. I have received another bottle and I called the number that was shown on the website for refunds. I do not want a refund for the trial bottle, but the second bottle of the product which is $83.00 and some change. I called the company to request a refund and to my surprise I did get to speak to a live customer service representitive, the problems is she is basiclally reading from a piece of paper a set of answers. I was finally told my request would be presented to the billings dept. and if they decide to give me a refund they will contact me by e-mail and she could not tell me how long this would take. I believe this is a scam and i will report these people to the BBB. No person should automatically be enroll to recieve further product unless they are contacted or an agreement has been signed. This product is not worth $83.00. It looks like herbs you can buy at the drug store and furthermore it is also for weight loss and I did not see this mentioned in the ad. I definitely do not need to lose weight. I've been small all my life so this is not something I need.
