I saw an on-line ad for 2 beauty products, for the shipping & handling fee of only $1.95 s&h for one, and $ 2.00 for the other.One product was an ointment for the face, one was a bottle of capsules.The 2 combined were suppose to make your face look years younger.this was supposedly a reg. woman who came up with this idea.A couple days later I realized the co. RSVP ( not real ) was too charge me $87.13.I called the 800 # on my statement from my bank.I spoke to a very nice lady who told me it would be cancelled immediately and charges would not be taken out.Needless to say, that was taken and now another $ 83.17 is pending to be removed, cusing my acct. to be overdrawn.I called the # back.I was told by a tape recording the # was disconnected.I had wisely saved the manilla envelope the so-called sample was sent in.After numerous tries to find the rsvp site, I got the envelope out and on the corner in small letter was the return addy of FWM Laboratories.I tried going to that site and lo and behold I found complaints and charges of fraud and unauthorized charges from peoples accts.I happened to be lucky enough to find another # 1-866-949-0138.I called and actually got a person named Neil.I was told I did not cancel is why I was being charged again.I told the man I did cancel, I was going to be overdrawn because of this and I have to have my money returned to my acct. I was told by him that ( and my bank ) I will have to wait 2-3 days for the money to be taken out and then returned.Tomorrow I will call the Memphis bbb and give my complaint and report.After that I will see where this goes and return here to post the results.I was able to find out what to do from another post on this site with 3 websites to go toalso.I Thank that person so much, although I still do not know the end results yet.I will be back here in 2-3 days to let you know.I am so angry and will never allow this again.
