I ordered Resveritrol for $.99 on trial but was billed on the same Paypal account for the trial and the regular order. I didnt receive the order until after 30 days.

Then I was billed again ( auto-shipment, I guess) and did not receive the product at all. I called many times but to no avail.. They said they shipped it and would cancel my auto ship but could not credit for either product. I cancelled my credit card and got a new number in order to be sure that I was not charged again.

I talked to Jennifer the next time and she said if I mailed the first empty bottle back to: Return Authorization Number RA 855 383 552 5590 on the old account # 5218 5310 0830 8653, at Resveritrol, 3007 Green St., Hollywood Fl 33020, I would receive credit on the first bottle that I had not even had time to try for 30 days since it did not arrive for over 30 days.

I did just what she said and called a few weeks later and the company said they didn't receive it.

She had also said she could not credit me for the second bottle but would ship another bottle since I did not recieve the second bottle. I have not recieved credit for the first bottle nor have I received the replacement bottle or a credit. It has been several weeks.

I talked to David at FAX # 0323 yesterday and he said to get the tracking number from the Post Office and FAX it to him and he would take care of both issues.

The post office does not have the tracking number and said if I used the return authorization number on the box (which I did) that the company received it but have either misplaced it or don't want to deal with giving me credit.

This product is $87.50 per bottle which is groceries for two months! I am very concerned about owing this amount to my credit card company. My new account is #5218 5310 0981 7082.

Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated since I live on Social Security, period.
