Ordered the "TRIAL" offer and paid for the shipping on May 27th, 2009. Did not recieve product for an additional week and a half. Cancelled all further cosmetic's and/or pills on June 11th, 1009. Went on line to get an update on my checking acct., which they had charged me $87.13. Got my acct updates again on June 12th and noticed that a credit was made to my acct on that same day. I figured this situation was done and over with. But NO, this company charged my acct again on the 15th and tried to tell me that they cannot credit my acct for an additional 2-3 days, which they already had the 2-3 days to credit it!!! Spoke with two different reps and a supervisor and they all give you a BS story!!! I have given them until the end of the day today (4:00 eastern time) to credit this acct. If it is not done, I will take further action. I have already contacted my bank and will now contact the better business bureau and will expect great things to happen!! Doubtful, but wishful thinking! You people are nothing but scam artists and I refuse to sit back and take it!! This will not be the end of this my name will be used as well as yours. I will also contact our local news stations and whatever else it takes to ruin this company like they did to countless others!!!
