I have been scammed by ResVertrol Ultra also. On July 16, 2009 I ordered the 00.99 cent sample and upon ordering I received a receipt stating product would be delivered by July 20, 2009. The free 15 day sample never arrived. On July 30, the company charged my card account a total of 87.13, this charge was on top of the .99 cent charge. I immediately called my financial institute to dispute the charge in which they gave me a number to call in order to contact the company.
I then contacted the company at the said number on the same day. After 1 and 1/2 hour of wait time, yes I was determined, I finally spoke with a customer service agent, I had to give my card number once again for cancellation of product. Not feeling comfortable after this I contacted my financial insitution again and canceled my card all together and ordered a new one. I refused any other charges from this company.
I again called this company, I demanded a refund. At this point I had neither a refund nor the product. I asked the Customer service agent what we needed to do to resolve this. He at that point said to return the product. I never received the product, how do you return something that you do not have? The CS agent stated it is their policy to not refund anything until return of product, this was getting me no where.
I called FBI, Internet crime unit, and Florida Better Business Bureau. I have now found out this company goes by FMW Laboratories and several other names. The owner is the registered agent and or VP of company his name is Brian J Weiss and Robert W Harris. and the address listed for their contact is 4961 Leeward Lane, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 954-920-7661 also cs number of 866-949-0138.
There are currently 3, 185 complaints with the better business bureau with 2, 183 unanswered complaints.

Use caution when ordering online. After much research I have found the following information on this company. This is listed with Florida Division of Corporations. These are the company's that are associated with the marketing, advertising, and sales of the products made by resvetrrol.
If you have done business with them, good luck to you. All of this info is public knowledge and found on the Florida Division of corporation page under document searches.
I believe we as consumers need to pursue a class action law suit at this time. Stop these people from committing fraud and misleading advertising.

i ordered resveratrol ultra over the phone . They have taken $87.13. Out of my checking
without me reordering the product. I have called the phone number but the number is no
longer in use. I call the number on the bottle, I can't get connected.
