unauthorized charge
I received an e-mail to try ResVerXp as a free trail, just pay 3.97 shipping and handling.I recieved the product on the 12th of july.This is the 28Th of July.I have already been charged 79.90 to my credit card and haven't even had the time to see if the product is going to make a difference.I didn't authorize the charge to my credit card.Please refund my money back to my card as I don't have an account with you, just an order no for the trial of 3.97.I haven't noticed a difference with your product.I'm unsatisfied with it.

misleading false ads
I thought this was a free trial-it is not. I had pay $3.97 to try the product & now I have to pay more to send it back in order to not be charged the full amount of 2 bottles (39.95 each plus tax) I tried to resolve this on their 800 line & was treated very rudely. They wouldn't even give me a name to address a complaint letter to. This is such a scam! Nobody should do business with NUTRALANE!!! So basically, your "FREE TRIAL" ends up costing you about $11 and alot of aggravation.

false advertising
The advertising states thta you can try it free for 30 days and if you do not like it you can cancel the order. When you try to cancel it they state that they will charge your account.
You must pay to return it by FED EX too. For more cost. All fo this is not explained.

Not a free 21 day supply for on $3.97 shipping. This is a scam as if I keep the two bottles sent to me my credit card will be charged 79.90. This was not made clear in the ad on the web. Plus it will cost me to sent it back with a return receipt as they ask. I am filing a complaint with the FTC on this as it is a total false advertising scam. There was nothing free about this product plus there was not information on the product in the package.
