I order a free sample, my credit card was charged the shipping costs, as agreed. My sample bottle never arrived. Ten days later, on 5/03/09 my credit card was charged $85.26 for a month supply of the product. As of 5/08/09, I have not received any product, still. I called their customer service and was informed that in order to get a refund they have to receive an unopened bottle by 5/23/09, only 20 days from the charge, and fewer than 12 days from my receiving the product, assuming I will actually get it within a day or two.<br />
The company was very unhelpful in resolving this issue, there seems to be no way to resolve the problem. I will have to chance to try the product, or I have to forfeit the $85.26. I am not happy, to say the least. For this good a product, presumably, the return policy is absolutely awful, which leaves me wondering about the true quality.<br />
