This company offered a free sample of its product, for a $.99 shipping charge. I received that and was billed for it properly. Then I received a second charge of $87.13 for a monthly shipping for the next installment of the product. I called and cancelled it on 7/30/9, did not receive the 2nd shipment. I was told then that they would cancel future shipments (which they did) and that they would credit the $87.13 charge in full and that it would take approximately 6 weeks for the credit to post. I still have not received the credit and now they tell me that since it's been over 4 months since my original (free) purchase, that they cannot and will not issue the credit. Now I am disputing it with my credit card company.

I wish to cancel any and all future shipments and charges to my charge account. Unable to reach by phone due to the numbers being disconnected. Contacted my bank and reported the issue. They were very helpful in finding a phone number, web site and address which were unfortunately no longer valid.

I ordered a free trial of ResVPure from their website that they claim the product was endorsed by Oprah, Dr. Oz, 60 minutes, and Barbara Walters on ABC. What they said on the page was that I could get a free trial of the product for the cost of shipping so I signed up. Before getting any product I was looking at my bank account information online and saw that they had charged me 85.00. I called and got angry and they told me that I didn't read the terms and conditions on their site. I said I didn't. They said that if I return the product to their POBox in Orem, Utah, I would get a refund, however, I had not yet received the product. A few days later two envelopes from them came in the mail and rather than return them at my expense, I refused to accept them, and wrote to the postman, "return to sender". About a week later, I called to inquire about my refund and they said that I could not get my refund because I didn't follow their instructions to mail back the items to their POBox. On this site there were 2 other products with different names and all 3 have charged me money on my account without sending me any product. I also went to Oprah's website and she has a disclaimer about this product stating that she does not endorse any reservatrol product and that her lawyers are working on having her name taken off of the website.48943
