I saw some recent complaints on here, so I just wanted to give an update. After receiving my 1st bottle of crap, a.k.a. resvpure, I immediatley checked my checking account and saw that I was charged $85.26. I immediately called my bank and cancelled my card. I could not see the whole number on my statement, so my service rep. gave me the 866 number. I called, but of course I was going to be holding forever. I then went to the "website" and was able to cancel. Of course the website had absolutely NO INFORMATION regarding cancellation and refund terms, no customer service phone number and absolutely no way of e-mailing customer service. All you do is cancel and they give you an RMA #. I received a call from my bank the next day saying that another charge had hit. So "support" try and tell me this company is not a scam. I seemed to recall when I went to the website to cancel, reading that while having an an account with this filthy company, that you would be charged once a month for the monthly supply of vitamins. The fact that I was charged twice in one week, hmmm, I would say that is a breech of THEIR OWN CONTRACT!
I sent the two botlles of, hell who knows what was actually in the pills! I sent them back, feeling very uneasy about it. I just received an e-mail today stating that they received them, but since I did not send them back within 10 days of ordering my sample, I was ineligble for a refund. Which I just realized after writing that statement, they obviously don't ever give refunds, the sample was free, we didn't buy anything! I find it interesting that you have to cancel within 10 days, yet you don't receive your 1st supply of pills until well over a month later. The fact that I was charged and sent 2 bottles in one week is their way of ripping you off for more money!
I am now going through my bank to try and get my charges reversed. I have no idea how a class-action law suit gets started, but we definitely need one. This company is criminally fraudulent and they need to be stopped. Oh, and shame on Oprah for helping to promote them!
In short, you can cancel on resvpure.com, but apparently no refund "support".
