It is deceptive advertising. I thought i was ordering a free trial of a dietary supplement paying shipping only. approx 2 wks later a charge of 85.00 hit my credit card. i never saw any reference to auto refill or only a ten day trial at any step. the quote "trial bottle also included the first month's refill" if this is an accepted way of doing business they make a lot of money on people such as myself hopefully i can make enough people aware to decrease their income.

My neighbor dropped off a bunch of purple pills in a white postal bag. I did open them and smelled them. Not knowing what they are and I didn't order them I threw them away.

Then I noticed the $85 charge on my Internet only credit card. I looked up the product and found out that it was an $85 monthly charge!?!?!?!?!?!? Who in their right mind would purchase purple pills from the internet for a monthly fee of $85??? I don't even do that for $5 monthly fees.

First Robot I talked too "ZACK" tried to verify my information. They had address, email and phone number incorrect. Address was close enough to get the product to my door eventually. They tried to tell me that I miss typed @hotmail.com for @hushmail.com and the phone number was not even in the proper state.

They kept trying to tell me that I put this information in. Right? I've had my email for 15 years and I can't type it in correctly.

Then I asked for the 2nd level support "Kyle", with the same result, telling me that I typed in the information. Both told me to file a claim with the police. When I asked him for his manager he refused to comply. I asked 10 times to speak with Manager "Sue". He refused all 10 attempts.

This is not an honest company. I assume the product is fraudulent as well. They do not believe in product as much as they do in keeping your $85.


This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! Arrest the Thieves.

Conpany tricks buyers into a "free" product and then charges $85.00 for the product.
