I have never seen such poor customer service. I was browsing the site for a child's toy, which I considered buying. Without my even entering my email on the site, it somehow sent me an email claiming that I had registered for their site, which I never did, and said something very confusing leading me to believe that they had charged my PayPal account for an item. When I emailed them to inquire as to why I was receiving emails from them and had they really thought I had made a purchase, I was hurled with a slew of insults that continued on and on each time I wrote back asking for them to please confirm that I had not, in fact, purchase anything and that I also did not want to receive emails from them. In doing a search, it sounds like many people have had the same experience. Hopefully sites such as this one will put themselves out of business by providing such bad service that no one buys from them.
