They mislead the consumer with false advertising
This company is a scam. They mislead the consumer with false advertising. They charged me $91.28 for a trial size product that was advertised for $.99. Reveratrol Ultra charged my credit card $$87.13 plus $2.61 foreign transaction fee for a trial size sample that should have cost $.99. I canceled the order by phone through their automated phone system within the 15 days. I was never able to get through to speak to a representative. I have tried many times. They make it impossible for the customers to get a rma# to return their product. I want a full credit, minus the $.99.

Stay away
I ordered a free 30 day sample of Reveratrol with a $.99 cent charge for postage to my credit card and was billed the $.99, plus $2.61 for a Foreign Transaction Fee*Finance Charge and $87.13 for the sample.
I Called my Credit Card, (at&t Universal Card) and told them It was a false charge. They Said since I gave them my Credit Card number they could do nothing about it and unless I called Reveratrol and complained the charge would continue every month until I did.
I called Reveratrol and they refused to cancel the charges and said I had 15 days from the order date to do it. Since I did not know they had charged me the extra, the time had elasped before I received the Bill. I did point out that they had cslled me the same day of the order to sell me more items and were very insistent. I told them during the Phone call that I wanted no other charges on my Credit Card other then the $.99 I agreed to. They still refused to delete the charge

Fraudulent Charges
I ordered a free trial of Resveratrol for $0.99, got a call the next day to confirm my order, along with the comment: "I can give you a free bottle of Resveratrol anti-anging cream completely free". I agreed. A few days later, I noticed a charge of $49.95 plus a "foreign transaction fee" of $1.51 from my credit card company. I've called back and have only been told that I will only get a refund if I send it back at my expense. But, why should I have to pay myself to send something back that was supposed to be free??? I received the cream on Saturday (8/1/09) and called back today (8/3/09) and spoke to "supervisor" Nathan Reed. I refused to get off the phone until my credit card was credited. He finally hung up on me, but gave me the name of his "boss"...Barry Folgers at Bio Labs at 314 E Dania Beach Blvd., Dania Beach, FL 33004. The number I have for them is: 866-931-6793. It seems my only recourse is to work with my credit card company.
The company is running a scam and should be stopped!!!
