Reverse Records lookup (reverse index lookup). I used this service because my daughter and I were followed by a car one morning and I was trying to find the vehicle owner through his license plate. It said if you signed up for this membership you would have access to the license plate records. Their site was very deceiving. I paid 49.90 but was still unable to lookup the license plate. I have thus far sent three emails requesting my money back.. I have also sent email to CLICKBANK who does their billing and they are likewise not helping. DO not use this record finder or any business that uses clickbank, they are both scams and they do not stand behind their claims.
