On may, I received a call from Manuel Montealegre, Manager of Special Proyects for the company in discussion. He offered me a subscription for the magazine through my visa credit card. As a "good salesperson", he insisted regarding his product in order for me to accept it and somehow he was very persuasive and he got the number of my credit card and I asked him to send me the information via mail first in order to make my final decision regarding the subscription and the payment to receive the magazine every month for 3 years .
Days later and without my confirmation and any agreement made, I got an email confirming the shipping of the magazine to my home address and the amount to be charged to my Visa credit card.
I am aware of my fault giving him my credit card number, but at the same time it is not fair that he arbitrary and without ethic decided to process a sale because of his lack of honesty to wait for my confirmation first.
After I received my credit card statement, I have tried to talk to him to his office number (305) 871-6724. I have sent him several emails asking him for an explanation and to cancel the service, but no success.
