I called to cancel the product on Sept 4, 2009 at approx 4pm Eastern time and I got the name of the customer representative since they had no cancellation confirmation number. I knew the ship date was Sept 8, 2009 so I wanted to be sure to cancel before the product was shipped. Once it is shipped there are no refunds.
My credit card was charged on9/5/2009 and the product was shipped on 9/8/2009. I called and told them the I canceled 4 days before the ship date but they claimed they had no record of my call, even though I had the date, time and name of the cutomer service representative.
I told them I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute.
