Rezn8 offers loan modification services with guarantee of full refund if they can't do it. $3995 for the 1st mortgage and $500 for 2nd mortgage. Payment of $2500 at signing of the contract, $1495 a month later, the remaining to follow shortly after. After 3 months, they forced us to move forward with litigation or case to be closed. Additional of $3500 is required to move forward. After i refused to sign their new contract or to move forward with litigation, they closed my files unilaterally. A week later, they called me again and tried to get me to sign a release of obligation of their firm (and i thought they closed my file???? They actually sent me a letter of termination.) 3 weeks ago, they offered me a new contract deal where i will release them of all obligation under the old contract in exchange for a new submission of my files. It's been over 6 months, this firm has not been able to produce any results. My lender doesn't have much record of any work they claimed done. Their staff members are incompetent and unprofessional. They continue to come up with strategies to get more money from you without performing much work. They refused to refund any money. I know of a dozen other people of their clients who are currently in the same situation as me. Please do not work with this company.
