Fraud
I have been trying to get a refund from this company for 6 months now. I have done everything required on time and they have ignored all my attempts. This company should be exposed as a scam and charged with robbery, and fraud. They are stealing my money. I hope to get the BBB involved and to go public locally. Is there anyone out there that wants to band together and go after REZV. They are a complete FRAUD!

Company refuses return and continues to charge credit card
Received return authorization number, unsatisifed with product results.
Sent back unopened bottle of product per company's instructions using company's return address listed in terms of use and provided by customer service rep. My package was sent back to my home- marked BOX CLOSED. Immediately called company and emailed them about this matter. No response back from company and they no longer answer calls.

unauthorized charges from bank account
I am not sure how these people got my account information as I bought a product from another company and that has been a good experience. This may have been a trial version, so I went on line to stop it and you can not. the did not bill me just shipping and handling they charged me 82.35. I can not reach anyone on the funky phone number that my bank has 306-546-0596 it always says voice mail is full (I'll bet it is). I have filed a complaint with the FTC. EVERYONE THAT HAS A PROBLEM WITH THESE PEOPLE NEED TO GO TO FTC WEBSITE AND FILE A COMPLAINT IT DOES NOT TAKE LONG. IF YOU CAN NOT ANSWER THE QUESTIONS LEAVE THEM BLANK AND FINSIH THE PROCESS AT THE END YOU GET TO TELL YOUR STORY.

refund
Was charged and sent another supply before the trial day was due. Promised a refund upon returning the product. Sent the product back with tracking number and RA number. Said I would receive the refund within 14 days. I have made several calls to no avail and received harrassment and hung up on more than once. This is obviously a big scam. so be careful ! My last conversation with them they said I had done a charge-back and that they could not discuss anything more with me . I did not do a charge back and when I asked them what day and who did this they would not answer and said they had to hang up the phone and would not let me speak with a manager or anyone. They hung up the phone. I have all the names and dates of the people I spoke with and would like to pass this on to the BBB so people can be aware .

RECIEVED REZV CAPSULES, CHARGED 5.95 FOR TRIAL. DID NOT WANT YO TRY .IT CAME FROM CHINA. HAVE TRIED TO EMAIL THEM OR CALL NOBODY ANSWERS. HAD TO CANCELL MY DEBIT CARD. HAVE RETURNED CAPSULES. I WAS CHARGED 79.95 . PLEASE HELP

the pills that you sent make me sick and i don't think it has been 15 days since i have recieved my last order i cancelled my orders and now i want to return the 2 bottles of pills and have my account credited. you really need a phone number to be contacted by because i really would rather talk with someone instead of typing. your product really doesn't work. i just talked to a lady at your company and she tells me that she does'nt even know her bosses name it is done with emails. she has to be hired by a person not an email. i want a response with in a day and my account credited. the lady i spoke with was michelle she says she is the supervisor and she wouldn't give me her last name. she ask for mine and she says it is for leagal reasons well so is mine.

RezV Free Trial scam
I wish had had found this website BEFORE I ordered a so-called "Free Trial" of RezV. Exactly the way it happened to other people. I paid $3.95 for a free trial. The details of the "Free Trial" were NOT clearly disclosed anywhere on their website. Then 10 days later $87 charged then again the next month. Here is the kicker, the charges are always with different description/company name. If you don't look closely you may not know they are the same unscrupulous company. When I called, one of the 3 different 800 numbers listed, one was not operational. When I finally sw a rep, she was rude and simplay said I knew what I was signing up for if I read info...Blah Blah Blah. I said I understood she was just doing her job, and reading what the company instructs her too, but she should re-consider whether she should conintue to work for a company that conducts business this way.
She then got REALLY rude and when I asked to speak with her supervisor, she said he was unavailable. I then asked for his name and I would call back. I barely got his name when she hung up on me. Their business practices are VERY suspect. Besides if I had wanted to sign up to get auto-delivery, I would have chosen any of the MANY other websites who only charge $35/mth supply, not $87. P.S. Her name was Chiquita. (I doubt that is her real name).
