Unauthorized Charge
I was another "victim". I sent in for the trial supply paying only shipping. BEWARE - they almost immediately send you another supply and refuse to let you return it. Customer service says they will email you their corporate office information to request a refund. Never happens. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully I will get my money back that way.

I ordered a free trial of RezV in March. I recently received a charge of $87.97 on my credit card, and another bottle of RezV, which was not ordered. Calls and emails to the company are not answered.

Unauthorized Charges
I too was scammed when I ordered RezV on line. I saw the free trial offer on Facebook. I called my credit card company and found that I too was charged $89.89 for a second bottle that I did not order. I sent an e-mail to cancel any further bottles that they intended to send. When looking up on line to find out how to cancel, low and behold, I found their "terms and conditions" that were not on the original website where I ordered the "free" trial. I explained to my credit card company, Citi bank, what happened. They have changed my credit card number so no further charges can be made, YEH!. They are also sending me a form to dispute the charges so and investigation will take place. Until then, they credit that amount back to my account and also pull this amount back from the company that placed the charges. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - THEY INFORMED ME THAT CITI BANK OFFERS VERTUAL ACCOUNT NUMBERS. YOU CAN GO ONTO THEIR WEBSITE TO GET THIS VIRTUAL NUMBER AND IT CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE. DO NOT USE YOUR REAL CREDIT CARD NUMBER! I never knew this, wish I had but wanted EVERYONE else to know. I may get stuck with this charge but the lesson may well be worth it. Hope this infor helps more people. Does anyone know how to tell "Facebook" to get this off of thier website to avoid anyone else getting SCAMMED?

Ingredient change
Sample bottle contained 150 mg Resveratrol, 250 mg. Pomegranite, 50 mg Acai. Regular follow up order contained 50 mg Resveratrol (100 less than sample), 25 mg Pomegranite (225 less than sample) and 100 mg Acai (100 more than sample). A Classic case of "bait and switch".

Sent next month before trial end date
Sent notice via e-mail to cancel before my free trial period was up due to the fact it made me sick to the stomach.
I received a whole new month worth before my trial time was up and they charged it to my account prior to the trial period being up. I have received no response to my e-mail.

Tried ResV for 15 day trial for $4.95 was charged $87.?? from my credit card after I had canceled the account, they had charged me once before for the product before I had ever received it, when I finally did receive it I sent it back now they have charged me again and I have not received anything yet! What a rip off!

charged before the 14 days trial over
I ordered this product with the understanding that I had a free trial for 14 days. I was charged 87.00 before the 14 day trial was over. You cannot get anyone on the phone. I have sent them an email and will try other email addresses to stop further shipments. The sad thing is, I believe this is the same company that ripped me off before under a different name. I sent a compliant to the Florida Better Business Bureau, but they have never heard of them. I wish Barabara Walters had used the products and was going through what we are going through.

i cancelled and they kept taking money out of my account
i did the free trial for the shipping and handling and before the trial date was up i cancelled my order but when i checked my account the already took 87.97 out of my account om 2-17-09. so i called and the cancelled it again and even gave me a comfirmation #. then to my surprise on3-17-09 they took out another 87.97 out of my account to my surprise the pills were in my po box and never even new it. i call the an the told me to mail back both bottlesand gave me yet another comfirmation# and said they would refund me my money once the recieved the bottles so i mailed the back registered mail where they had to sign for them. I mailed them back om 3-20-09 and someone signed for them on 3-24-09 and i have yet recieved my money. i had to go to the bank and hotcard my debit card. Revz even went as far as to give me a RMA# to put on the envelope with the products that i sent back. I cant get them to respond to me...what am I to do? they are a ripoff and need to be stopped and I want my money back that they stole from me.

unapproved charges
I ordered the free trail for 4.95 and 12 days later there is a 87.97 charge on my debt card. This was never authorized!
