I have several times called the number provided by RezV Plus ( 1-866-228-4773) and I have waited for over an hour with no answer, there is just a recorder repeating over an over again how important is my call. I have had to end the call, I can't spend the entire day waiting on the line. There is no web site where to send a message, there are no option to leave a message over the phone, no help at all. I have received the product RezV Plus for over four months and for personal reason, I want to discontinue the shippments and the charges of nearly $50.oo a month billed to my credit card. As I write this complaint, I have the phone, once again on my ear, trying to reach them for over an hour, I am going to wait for 30 minutes longer, to see if anyone has the courtesy of answering, if not, I will be forced to close my credit card, just to be able to stop them from continuing to charge me for something I no longer want.
