My daughter has been unable to put ANY Utillities in her name because of a previous outstanding bill. Therefore, she's been using HER FRIENDS NAMES. Her current friend lives in Tn. My question ; isn't that considered Theft of Services. We live in a Complex that has you put the electric in your name before moving in. She's been doing this for years! I have tried unsuccessfully to report that she's doing this an I'm informed - it's NOT THEFT OF SERVICE IF THE PERSON IN NAME KNOWS. What the hell is that? I got in trouble a few years back by allowing my step-daughter to hook into my cable line. I ended up having to PAY THE CABLE COMPANY well over $700!!! My daughter's a fireperson an she thinks that because of that she's above the law. Her own words - I can do just as i want too an there's not a thing you can do to stop me!!!
