I am completely disappointed with the bags RHANDBAGS.com sent to me.. These are not what i expect it to be... The pictures

are however deceiving... another thing, in the detailed info of the bags I ordered, it says :
This designer bag comes with: serial number, authenticity card, dust bag and care booklet.

But i didnt find any serial #, authenticity card, dust bag and care booklet on the 4 bags I ordered when it is in fact in the

detailed info of the bag...

these are the evidences that stays the bags MUST have authenticity cards, care booklets and serial #..

I paid BIG BUCKS in claiming the orders at the custom when they told me IT IS A DOOR TO DOOR delivery... (they fooled me on

this)

I paid almost the price of the bags I ordered from them, leaving me empty handed just to claim the bags which unfortunately

have very poor quality...

This is their fault & they need to satisfy their customers otherwise .. a very dishonest company ... the bags are also

dented... not really of good quality, not what I have paid for.. it's expensive & yet poor quality..

DO not be deceived by their bags on site... They might be very good in pictures and they will say it is SUPER A or HIGH

QUALITY but when it reaches you, there's no way to return it, you will just spend more and more money...

They emailed me just now.. and they told me the bags I ordered are Grade A low quality bags... Hello?????
GRADE A BAGS WILL NOT COST AROUND us$35 PER PIECE... it will be lower ... now they claimed it as it is Grade A low quality

bag that's why it doesnt have the authenticity card, serial # and care booklet, then why did they specify in their bag

description (see the link) that it has those details???? and besides, they didnt have a US$100 worth of bag that time so how

would they come up with description as such for US$100 when they dont even have US$100 worth of bag???
When i went to their site after filing numerous complaints to different websites, they modified and edited some of the links

and removed the description "THIS BAG COMES WITH AUTHENTICITY CARD, CAREBOOKLET, SERIAL #"... good thing i am wise to print

screen their website for my own evidences coz I can feel the scammed and deceived me...
I also order from other suppliers in China and the price is almost just the same as rhandbags.com but the quality of those

bags from my other suppliers are excellent, worth the money I paid for... then they are telling me it is Grade A low quality>

if it is low quality the price should have been US$18 below juz like what other wholesalers offer!
