My husband ordered a cell phone faceplate for me as a Christmas gift from rhinestonefaceplates.com (239-877-7777) on 11/20/06. Payment in the amount of $85.29 was promptly made through PayPal. After not receiving the item within 2 weeks, he placed a couple of phone calls and emails to them. They finally responded on 12/11 that the item had been shipped priority mail on 12/9 and we should receive it by 12/13. However, the item did not arrive until the second week in January and it was not the color he ordered.
We returned the faceplate and asked that they replace it with the color he had originally ordered. We had no response from them, and again my husband left several phone messages and emails. They did not return the calls or respond to the emails. Finally, I called and left a voice message with only my first name that I wanted to place an order. Julie (the owner)called me back the next day. When I explained why I was really calling, she apologized and said she would check into the problem and call me back. After not hearing from her for several days, I emailed her that I was going to file complaints. Several days later on 2/22/07 she emailed and apologized again, saying she had ordered our item and expected it the following Monday, and it would be shipped 2 days later. We have not received the item, nor will she respond to our emails.
