Bidding Issues
I had a call about a month ago to do a major pond coating job. I usually use Rhino Linings for all of my coatings because I am a dealer. I have never had a problem previous to this, but it took them 2 weeks to give me a clear quote and said it would take another week to ship the product. Not only was it vastly overpriced and I ended up going with a new company named Spray-Lining, they called and tried to harass me because of putting them through 'a hassle' for the bid and 'shipping problems'. Spray-Lining helped me out and although people have written bad about them on this site, they helped me more than any other professional coatings company I have dealt with. Rhino Linings is a horrible company and I can't express my hatred towards them. I recommend Spray-Lining to anyone.

Awful company
Ordered window for my camper shell on 5/21/07. Chris said it would be delivered following Tuesday. Heard nothing that week or the following week. I called back and Chris didn't seem to remember me. After several minutes on hold, he said factory hadn't delivered yet; however, the window would be in following Tuesday. Following week nothing again. After 3-4 weeks I said forget it. Called Chris and asked for refund. He said manager would have to send check. Okay, I'm still waiting! Each week I call, I get the runaround.
If you buy something from Rhino Linings, don't pay cash (check) like I did. Use a credit card; when you don't receive product/service you ordered, you will have recourse with credit card company.
