This company took pre-orders and down payments on a motorcycle that doesn't exist. Almost a year later they still haven't got anything to say other than "just another month or so". They won't answer e-mails or return phone calls. As a matter of fact, they shut down their business office.

From what I understand, the motorcycles haven't even been produced yet. (and if this is indeed just a scam, then they won't be produced and the people who stole the money (Bobby Akop and Alex Chivdian) are probably long gone.
