Was involded in a accident 12-2010 was not satisfied with their work. And would never use them again. on 5-2011 was in a motorcycle accident one vehicle of my own. Highwaypatrol did not ask for my wrecker of choice. the officer called Chandlers body shop. my wrecker of choice arrived And was told by a Chandlers body shop employee that they could get my bike if they pay 215 dollars. My wrecker was also told that my insurance would pay the 215. (how do they no bout my insurance company seems this was theier main interest. money) Called later that day after leaving the er no call was returned. Called the next moring spoke with the employee that did the towing. Who admitted giving out assumed information about my insurance. He was very rude and yelling. But had the gall to accuse me of yelling. How can I yell with 3 staples in my head and 40 percent body road rash. With no pain medicine at all. I couldnt yell if i wanted to. So I asked to speak to someone else in charge. The phone was then given to a guy who got on the phone yelling"Yeah he told you right and you need to call the highway patrol. I then say who am i speaking too. Becasuse you got on the phone and didnt say who you were. He then yelled and hung up the phone. Pour service is all iI can say. Just want to know where is justice. Also will a noterized letter with all my vehicles listed be saficiant enough to keep this shop from ever ever working on any of my cars.
