I received my credit card statement with a charge for $79.00. I did not authorize this charge and do not know anything about this company or how they were able to obtain my credit card info. I want this charge reversered to my card.

I also received a $79 debit to my checking account dated December 2, 2009 from richcafedirect.com. When I called to inquire they said they "accidentally" billed everyone in their database for a membership fee. I called on Monday, Dec 7th. When the funds had not yet been returned to my account as of Thursday, December 10th I called again - this time no answer from a real person. Instead I received voicemail. I left a very sarcastic email asking where my refund was and why it has taken so long to process. I received an email Friday, December 8th confirming cancellation of my account! This is by far suspicious and manipulative. To my knowledge, they had no intention of notifying the many customers wihtin their database who "accidentally" were charged a membership. Nor have they reversed the charge in a timely manner. I find this to be unacceptable!
