The account that I have no knowledge of was never contact by either party to clear it up before it went to collection and reported to credit burear. Despite of my many attempts to get it off my credit file. I finally have to place a comment next to the "fraud" account that "I have no knowledge of this account." They are very stubborn and non cooperative.
