i have been getting calls saying that my son name erik rayburn with my husbend info. saying that we owe money for a captail one card. my husbend never ever had one. and even after we told them that we called them and they said there was not account ever in any of that info. they keep saying yes he does. then just know i called them and said the police for me to file a report they said i have to have a letter. they said they have been sending them and i have never ever gotten a letter from them. not one on this. the first time they said he opened it for my son who is just three then they said oh no that not what we said then they said my husbend made a payment at a time in my husbend life when he was homeless and i told them that and they said we never ever said that. plus the open date change the first too times. i told them my husbend didn't do it. they keep saying yes he did. plus to top it off they keep asking for an erik which is my son who is three. but yet they have all my husbend info. just want this all to stop. plus they are just rude poeple. they don't even really let you get a word in. they just say oh yes you did. they just don't stop.
