I am sitting here going over my current financial situation and couldn't help but thinking about how far better off I'd be if I hadn't got into business with Matt Lapierre and Ridgegold. Out of curiousity, I thought I'd google the name to see what Ridgegold & Matt are up to and to my suprise this site came up. I could not resist the chance to hopefully help someone else.

I had come up with a business concept, and to this day, I feel it could be big. I searched for what I thought would be the right person / business I could both trust and build my dream. Matt lead me to believe he was the one. I was wrong!!!

He took my money
It took almost three months after the said deadline to produce my concept
The concept was not built as specified - merely a replica of other concepts built - changed names & colours.
I later found out, I paid approx. three times the amount for what was received .
I had issues with the web site - which when / if he got back to me it was no better off because it was not done properly in the first place.
Matt was charging outrages prices for hosting and so called support fees
I asked for a hard copy and/or disc of the art work and web site to have if I wish to move on ... I still dont have to this day. Again, later found out that any legit marketing firm creating this type of work/service would automatically give to you fo your at least your own back up.
I was on a strict time line, creating other marketing materials to help sell my business. I was in need of some art work that only Ridgegold could provide ... to no avail ... said he would get to me ...after several conversations (as with other issues and said commitments).. had to pay extra for a designer to actually recreate what was needed ...

I could keep going but to tell you the truth I am exhausted, frustrated & broke and nothing to show. Writing this is really the only recourse I feel Ive had. The strain Matt has put on my family and I has been tremendous.
