This contractor attempts to go outside your written contract for more pay with "add ons" not contained within your contract. These "add ons" include: changing the labor rate, adding an additional $150 for the first man hour onsite, additional billing for travel time to procure supplies and materials purchased (when they were provided), travel time for two workers at $75/hour to and from a warehouse that doesn't exist!

The invoices are repeatedly doctored, and Michael McVale posted libelous notices at the worksite stating he had not been paid, when he had more than 30 days before!
