Over Charging and continued to be billed
In April heard numerous adds for a special 3 week trial size for a $14.00 for processing. This was to be a 3 week supply of smoothies for only the cost of shipping and handling.
My Bank Statement had $179.90 pending from this company, after contacting the company which was nearly an hour wait they agreed after I told them I no longer wanted their product, there was an error and I would be refunded all money except the $14.00 shipping and Handling fee...
Now July 7 a new transaction was placed on my account for $49.90 for additional products that I have not agreed nor want. I contacted my bank first and they also made me aware of a transaction that was placed by the same company for $138.90 ...Be very cautious this company is a scam and will overcharge you. Several complaints have been filed.

theft of my credit card for illegal charges
Husband ordered a "free" trial of Right Size Smoothies - he cancelled after receiving the order because he wasn't happy with the product - going back to June 2008 (i was sick & on chemo at the time) sbsavings2go has been charging my card a total of $300 or so over the years - they refunded the last 60 day charges once i complained, knowing they don't HAVE to back further than that but don't want to give me back the $230 they still stole from me -

Unauthorized Charges
Their marketing plan is a scam! They advertise a free trial that ultimately costs 18.95. Then without telling you they charge another $119.95. I have two unopened cans of their stuff and they would NOT give a return authorization. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Billing
I purchased the 14 day trial and was under the impression that I could get another for free. All I had to pay was the extra shipping. Today I was just billed $120 because I didnt ship back one of the containers un-opened. How can you try something if you dont open it? Right Size Smoothies are a scam. I will tell my family and friends to never purchase it. So, I basically paid almost $140 for 1 month supply of smoothies. RIP OFF!!!

wish to cancel request for frre trial
I was watching TV this afternoon and saw the commercial for the smoothies. I should have hung up when I was only speaking with an automated voice but unfortunately I didn't. I was told that I was that I had called in time to get the free blender. I was asked for my shipping information and was told I was responsible for the shipping to which I agreed. I was then told that I coudl get automatic orders sent every 2 months but I was not given the option of accepting or denying any charges to my account other than $29.95 for shipping and handling and then was told my account would be debited, sorry, I can't remember the exact amount. I think this was a scam to which I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I am a retired widow on fixed income and can't afford to lose my money.I have tried to call them but so far I have not had the chance to speak with anyone.5
