I returned the initial products before the 60 day trial period had passed and received a refund although I did have to call them with return delivery confirmation to get the refund. They charged my account again, stating my automatic shipments hadn't been cancelled. I was instructed to return the shipments I would be receiving and my account would be credited. Almost a month later my account is still not credited and they processed additional charges this month! Customer service confirmed my account had been cancelled last month when I originally complained so there isn't any reason why I should still be getting charged. They told me they still haven't received my return from 3 weeks agao and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and finally gave up. I am now working with my bank to dispute the charges.

This stuff is gross. It dries instantly in your hands. If you are fortunate enough to mix it with the moisturizer before that dries, it needs to be applied five or six time before the vein color vanishes however the color of the area applied is disgusting.

I have tried to contact them to let them know to keep their next order and it continues to come back to me. I never received an invoice with the first order to return the product. BTW, I never did ask to be put on automatic shipping, obviously that was ignored.

You would think something endorsed by Joan Rivers would not be a scam. Beware it is.

When the package arrives it will be directly returned to sender.

The product does not do what the infomercial states. Very dissatisfied so called for RA number-they are very firm that can't be returned w/o RA #- so C.S. argued & argued with me, then offered to refund shipping charges if I would keep. Wore me down and upset me so much I yelled " Forget it" and hung up without getting RA. So stuck with bad product while Joan Rivers, who can afford lots of plastic surgery for her defects laughs all the way to the bank.

Bad, bad experience.
