The told my tenant the charges to rekey/replace his door lock would range between $100-150. Their total charges came to $241 to re-key a lock and replace two deadbolts. This included $170 in labor charges. Now I must reimburse the tenant. THIS IS AN INTERNET COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE. So there is no place for me to dispute these crazy fees. Do Not Use This Company, they will rip you off. Their customer service phone number is 866-561-4539 but IS ALWAYS BUSY.

BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I asked a tenant to have a lock re-keyed or changed. THEY ARE AN ONLINE COMPANY, SO THERE IS NO WAY TO PHYSICALLY CONTACT THEM. Tenant had one lock re-keyed and two deadbolts replaced. They quoted appoximately $100-$135 to do the job. They charged the tenant $241 in total which included a whopping $170 labor charges!! I have no way of contacting them because their phones are always busy - probably left off the hook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
